Beautiful spacious modern two bedroomed, two bathrooms, air conditioned villa with private swimming pool and four sun loungers. This villa is located in the prime Larnaca holiday location. The house has a large private garden and patio area. There are no houses to the rear of this villa. It has south facing sun terraces and roof garden with stunning sea views. Situated in a quiet residential area within a short stroll to the beach. The Villa has free internet WiFi and UK TV Channels. There are many family run restaurants close by to cater for all tastes and budgets. Walking distance to shops and bars, showing live sports and some with nightly entertainment, including live music, karaoke and the very popular bingo night. Short bus journey to the centre of Larnaca City which has an abundance of amenities, a beautiful beach front, marina and fantastic night life. It also has many department stores such as Next, M&S, Zara, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis, Top Shop and Debenhams and many more. The Villa is within walking distance of a 10 pin bowling alley and amusement complex. Close by there is a hair salon, bank with ATM, and a corner shop selling English newspapers. A short 15 minute drive away there is a modern multi screen cinema with KFC, showing the latest movies in English and several indoor and outdoor children's play centres in the Larnaca area, with bouncy castles and slides. A 20 minute drive will bring you to one of the largest water parks in Europe. The Villa is well positioned for those travellers who want to explore other parts of the island. Cyprus has a wonderful rich history and culture and every town and village has a story to tell and sights to see. We loved the inside of the house very open and modern. The outside area is fantastic loved the pool. Perfect location close to beach shops and larnaca only 10 minutes drive away. Very quite neighbourhood,and we loved going for walks. A perfect place to stay.

Great Villa

We loved staying in this Villa. The private pool was a highlight for us, it was very peaceful and not overlooked. The property has everything you will need well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine and very comfortable beds. 10 minutes walk from the beach but a bit further from Larnaca town but only a 15 minute drive.

Lovely Villa in Quiet Area

We have just spent four weeks in Brian and Anita's villa, which was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were easy to contact and provided us with all the information we needed for our visit. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday, a beautiful private swimming pool and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Everything exactly as described on the website. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Lovely home from home

We had a lovely holiday at this very well appointed and homely villa near Larnaca. The owners - Brian and Anita - were wonderfully helpful in arranging airport transfers and car hire. The villa has everything you will need, and the nearby beach is ideal to keep two football mad 13 year old boys fully entertained. I recommend this villa very highly - and would like to thank Brian and Anita for looking after us!

This property is well appointed. Everything we needed for our self catering stay. Choice of where to sit to enjoy the sun or shade. Pool chilly this time of year but well tended by pool team. No need to pack tons of clothes as a washer and drying rail available. Beds comfortable. Living room furniture comfortable room to spread out.

Best holiday yet.

Extremely well equipped house in a beautiful select setting. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. You couldn't wish for better neighbours who delivered to my door a full Christmas dinner and helped when I locked myself out. Soaking up the winter sushine while UK was just soaking. A great 8 week holiday.

A great and relaxing holiday.

The villa has everything you need, loads of space, private and quiet. The owners were very helpful prior to going out and kept in contact, making sure everything was ok. It definitely was. The location well placed for exploring the island and within a short walk to everything you need, shops , restaurants and car hire places. The closest beach is 10 mins or so walking ,there are nicer ones by car. Being extremely lazy, the pools was where we spent time when not out and about. Great holiday..thank you Brian and Anita.

Great Easter holiday

First of all Brian & Anita are great hosts. They provide you with all the information you need and are always available to sort you out with questions during your stay. The villa is perfect. The pictures give an accurate impression. The pool is lovely and the house is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance. And there is also the possibility to rent a car just around the corner at a very friendly price. All in all a great experience and we recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxed beach holiday.

This villa has everything you need for a perfect family holiday. It is lovely and spacious with two balconies at the front as well as a great pool and outside area at the back, so you can get sun or shade at anytime of the day. Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Little touches like a bbq and a water cooler made great additions. The location was ideal for us, a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We did hire a car, which was essential for us, as we like to see and do lots around the island. Anita and Brian were perfect hosts, keeping in touch and were very keen to make sure everything was perfect for us, which it was. They also gave us a list of things to see and do nearby which was a good help. Can't fault this villa, it was ideal for us. Fantastic holiday.

Stayed for 14 nights in July, couldn't have been more pleased with the property. Travelled as a family of 4, the 2 boys, aged 14 and 10 . Everything was exactly as described and more. We where totally catered for and couldn't fault anything. Brian and Anita where excellent hosts and answered any questions that we had within minutes. The pool was excellent and of a good size. The villa itself had plenty of room for our family to relax. Great living area, with excellent tv and the added bonus of iptv. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 great sized bedrooms. We hired a car for the full 2 weeks, which was handy for shopping trips and travelling around the island. However a car is not essential, as there are a number of tavernas and a couple of bars within walkinng distance. Overall, a great family holiday.

Every bit as good as the reviews suggest

The villa actually exceeded expectations. Couldn't fault it. The garden and pool area is well equipped with quality furniture (there was even a lilo for a 59 year old kid to play with). Inside, the living area is far more spacious than inferred by the photos. The kitchen has everything you need with loads of glasses, cutlery and crockery. B&A even supply umpteen towels for outdoor use. That and the washing machine means that you can pack lighter. The location is fine. The walk to the local bars and amenities is actually rather pleasant in the evening. Really, the only disappointing thing about the villa is that it isn't mine.

Wonderful Stay - great location

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Anita + Brian's Villa in Pyla. The house offers every comfort you need on vacation, everything is really taken care of. The large pool, what to say about it, explains itself: a Dip in it before breakfast or after a strenuous tour in the heat. The temperatures on Cyprus allow also sometimes a short dive at night time. The house in Pyla is very well located: The beach can be reached in about 10min by foot. There are some smaller supermarkets for daily needs (Shopwell, Dinos), which are also within walking distance. The area is quiet and the neighbors are friendly and very helpful, if you turn to them with a question or request. The Villa is located in the middle of the way from Larnaca to Ayia Napa, both directions approx. 20min ride with the rental car. Anita + Brian are also very helpful from a distance and answer every question within a short time, if you have one. Conclusion: a very clear recommendation to any traveler who wants to recharge his batteries in charming and elegant surroundings.

Meilleur endroit pour visiter l'Est de Chypre

Notre séjour dans la villa de Brian et Anita a été parfait! La maison est vraiment très belle et confortable. La piscine est très agréable. La maison est très bien située, surtout pour visiter l'Est de l'île. La plage proche de la maison est belle et presque déserte. Brian et Anita sont charmants et très réactifs si on a des questions. N'hésitez pas à réserver chez eux!

Lovely quiet spot near the airport

Very relaxing stay in a lovely villa, that has everything you will need . Easy access to the many places of interest in Cyprus. The archeological site at Paphos is very impressive. Brian and Anita ( the owners) were both helpful and very kind. Weather was warm and often sunny, we really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay in Larnaca Bay

Excellent villa for our time in Cyprus. It has everything you need for a chilled holiday (including Trivial Pursuit 1980s Edition!). We enjoyed the quiet location, and our daily walks to the small supermarkets for supplies. The pool was still quite fresh (it was the last week of April so should be expected), but it was a very welcome addition on the hot days - of which there were plenty. Brian provided loads of useful information prior to our visit, which made our stay all the easier/nicer. We look forward to, hopefully, staying in the future.

We are a married couple with two children Kelly aged 11 and Conor aged 15. We lived in the villa from 2007 to 2008 while working for the UN, and have come back each year since. During our stay we take the opportunity to renew anything we find is not up to a very high standard. We fully own the property having received the title deeds in 2010. When we retire we hope to make Cyprus our permanent home.

Why they chose this property

We love this area because of the beach, restaurants and Laranca City centre. It is a very friendly and safe resort. It has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The local people go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

What makes this property unique

We love spending time with our children in the pool, nearby beaches and parks. We also enjoy going to the Waterpark and bowling alley, which is within walking distance. It is a very private villa in a quiet residential area. It is a fantastic location for people who enjoy walking, swimming and water sports. The villa has excellent sea views from the roof garden.
