Lakefront condo in Osage Beach!

Unit 623 is located off of KK @ The Knolls, a quiet resort nested in a heavily wooded peninsula on the 22mm of the Lake of the Ozarks

Feel at home in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront condo. Our nicely furnished condo, is truly a home away from home! Relax and unwind on the private covered deck while looking out to the swim dock and watching the kids swim. Enjoy cooking a home cooked meal in our well stocked kitchen. (there are charcoal grills up by the pool area for your use as well.) Rest peacefully in our spacious bedrooms (master bedroom has one queen bed, guest bedroom has two queen beds) Also, a Graco pack 'n play is provided in the guest bedroom closet. There are TVs in both bedrooms plus the living room, all equip with cable. You will find family games in the cabinet in the living room. Linens/bath towels are provided. (Make sure you pack your own beach towels!!!)

Enjoy resort amenities year-round! The Clubhouse has an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and game room. Located just outside the Clubhouse is a beautiful outdoor pool area. The complex also has indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness room, and a boat ramp on site. Foyer closet has a basketball, tennis rackets, and tennis balls for your use during your stay! Just PLEASE put back for the next visitors!
We additionally have a 10 x 24 boat slip that can be rented for an additional charge during your stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and nighttime visiting. The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was a great location. We enjoyed being close to town. We took advantage of the pools and playground.

We enjoyed your stay. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was big and plenty of room to sit. Walk in unit and great view from the patio. Owners were very nice to work with and responded to messages quickly

First time staying in a condo at the lake and loved it. Very clean, comfortable, and updated unit. Excellent location and optional dock made it very convenient for boating.

Everything met expectations. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Owners were very responsive to the couple of minor inquiries we had The property and amenities were as advertised. Would recommend to others and I’m sure we will be returning. Great place to stay if you’re going to the Lake of the Ozarks. The Knolls is a peaceful setting in a protected cove.

Great view

Our stay was very nice. The condo is very spacious and the view of the lake was amazing. I could watch my kids fish while I relaxed on the deck. Our kids really enjoyed the pools and indoor tennis courts. I hope we get to return soon.

Great Experience

Went for a quick weekend trip for a business conference and could not have been more pleased. Spacious, clean and well kept! Great communication and clear expectations for arrival and departure. Kids loved the basketball and tennis courts, playground and pools. Would recommend and will be back for more fun!

This condo was really clean and right next to the lake! The bathrooms are up to date and kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed to cook for my kids!! We really enjoyed ourselves...

At the lake again

This was a very clean well advertised place. If I could change anything it would only be to have king beds. The dock was great. My family makes about 6 trips a year to the lake. I think we may have found a favorite. The view of the cove is very nice.

Clean and Comfortable!

This condo was everything it said and more. Extremely clean and the spacious rooms had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Very nice view overlooking the cove. Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips. Scott and Karie were quick to reply to any questions we had in preparation for our stay. Great experience!

Our stay at cute condo in Camden county for July 4th weekend

Finding the property was a little confusing especially being that we arrived at 10pm so it was so dark. Once we found the place we were very happy it was easily accessible with parking right infront of the apartment it was exactly like the pictures it was clean and cute ☺️ there was all kinds of things for our kids to do such as tennis swimming sauna etc. loved it would definitely stay again. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located right on the water so my oldest son could go fishing every morning and night and I was able to see him from our balcony. The balcony was my favorite place to drink coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful view. All my kids enjoyed the pool, playground area, and tennis courts. The condo is situated in a wonderful location so that we could have adventures during the day (cave tours, hikes at the state park, boating, zip lining, etc.) and not have to drive far. I would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great Condo at the Lake

We have a condo at the Lake but needed additional room for a family trip. This was a great additional space. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. It is located right near the water/docks. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean. We had trouble with check-in because the lock pad did not work, so my sister with her infant was unable to gain access. This was a bit frustrating, but once we were able to get ahold of the owners, we were able to get in with a new code. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a visit to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Return visit to a great condo!

This is our second year to return to this exact unit at the Knolls. We love the location of the resort and the location of the condo within it. The balcony overlooks the swim dock and boat slips. We enjoy watching boats come and go from the cove. The pool situation is perfect for kids. We also had fun in the game room playing fooseball and ping pong. Parking is easy and spacious, which is not always the case in many of LOTO condo resorts. Highly recommend this condo for families!

Terrific condo

This condo was just like the photos. Very clean and the owners were very responsive. They had so many extras like. Pool toys, basketballs, tennis equipment to mention just a few things. Very clean and the location is great. Beds were comfortable and the interior is very updated. So close to the swim area and docks. Wonderful view. Overall just downright great!!! We plan to hopefully get back to this condo next year.

We do remodeling full time and also work on the family farm. We love to be outside and enjoy everything about the lake. We purchased @ The Knolls after staying here at some friends unit. This is the best of both worlds for us as a great investment but also a great getaway for our family. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
