Welcome to the Towers at Parkview Bay! Experience the Best of the Lake Lifestyle in our Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condominium with a Fantastic View! The location can't be beat - within 2 miles of the outlet mall, entertainment, and popular restaurants!

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Plan to Barbeque on the Deck while enjoying the breathtaking sunset! The Kitchen is fully-equipped, and you'll find plenty of seating around the table and breakfast bar which is open to the Living Area - great for entertaining and socializing. When it's time to turn in, 3 comfortable Queen Beds provide a great night's sleep! There are TV's in two of the bedrooms to watch while you wind down. A Comfortable, Double-High Queen Sized Air Mattress is also provided for your use.


BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.

The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Parkview Bay Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

The construction equipment moving rock was so loud, we really couldn’t enjoy the screened porch Lovely condo with comfortable beds and the kitchen was great for cooking. Love the pool areas and work out room. We will book this again in the future!

Check-in was a breeze, condo was very comfortable & quiet. Our stay was 5/31 - 6/7 and the resort was only at 60%, so that was nice. Not much for teenagers to do though.

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean, well-stocked, and lovely. Our family of five adults had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The deck was nice and there were plenty of comfortable chairs for all. We enjoyed the view. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area but it looked well maintained. Jason was great with communication and answered questions in a timely manner. Check in was easy and all instructions were clear. We would definitely book this condo again.

Nice, clean, well maintained unit. The Towers is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, ice cream, etc. We didn’t use the pool but it was big and very nice. We rented a boat slip, the dock was very nice and convenient to the unit.

There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

The Towers at Parkview Bay is one of the most impressive condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment! You simply can not find the amenities offered at the Towers elsewhere! Our guests really enjoy the Heated Indoor & Outdoor Pools and the Indoor Hot Tub, and Sauna. The amenities also include an Exercise Room!
