9th Floor at the Towers! Amazing Views, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Free Wi-Fi

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

Our guests appreciate the open and comfortable main living area. You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has an amazing view overlooking Parkview Bay, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water. Bring along your laptop and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Weber Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque!

The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed and private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Second and Third Bedrooms offer comfortable Queen-Sized Beds and Cable TVs. The main living area offers a futon and there is a twin air mattress with pump for guest use as well.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.

The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

The condo was just as pictured and listed. My family and I would not hesitate to stay again. Communication and directions provided by the owner were great. The only downsides were related to the indoor pool area which are not within the control of the condo owner. Unfortunately, the spa/hot tub was not working and closed, and the sauna didn't really get that hot even after waiting over 40 minutes. Again, not in the owners control and still loved our stay.

We went in the off season. It also happened to get extremely cold while we were there. The concrete building does a pretty good job insulating but slippers really help if you go during the winter. Great view. Kitchen was stocked with everything they talked about. Made it easy to land our family and start eating. Pool and spa were great! Water in the indoor pool was warm. The sauna was amazing. Hot tub jets were powerful. Everything was clean and well kept. Hard for a place like this to be perfect even when it gets down to 10 degrees but the tap water could use a filter and the hot water runs out quickly. I'm sure when it's in full use the water is better but we wanted to use the Jacuzzi tub (it worked perfectly!) and didn't get enough hot water. I'm sure that will be fixed later - otherwise it would be 5 stars! Ps the host was extremely available for all our questions. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The view is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 6 adults. The condo is fully stocked which made it easy to enjoy cooking meals. It has a screened in deck which was great for hanging out at night. I would definitely recommend this condo and liook forward to staying again!!

To start out with the condo is so cute and cozy and the lake front view is beautiful. The condo was very well maintained and clean and looked exactly like the listing pictures. The communication with the property manager was a pleasant surprise and really made the whole process a breeze. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Why they chose this property

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!

The Towers at Parkview Bay is one of the most impressive condominium developments at the Lake of the Ozarks. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the lake area attractions including the Factory Outlet Mall, Restaurants & Bars, Grocery Stores, and Entertainment!
