Christmas and February holidays: rental from Saturday to Saturday only.

Duplex 75m2 fully renovated in 2017, in the center of Cauterets, 5 minutes from the gondola. 180 degree mountain view. Furnished with Tourism ***. Description:
- a first level of 50m2: a living room with sofa bed 140, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, 2 balconies
- a 2nd level of 25m2: a room with bed in 160, a room with 2 bunk beds and a bed-drawer, a room of water with TOILET.
- a storeroom on the same floor for mountain equipment

Our apartment is ideally located on the top floor of a residence in the center of Cauterets, close to all amenities. The 180 ° mountain view of the ARDIDEN at MONNE is exceptional.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful street of Cauterets: Boulevard Latapie-Flurin. At the Belle Epoque, many prestigious hotels received the upper class society for spa treatments. Some facades are remarkable: that of the residence of England, the Continental or that of the residence of Lys dating from 1880 where is our apartment. On the latter, we can see on the statues masks that betray the former location of the Cauterets Theater: the Casino-Club.

There are many places in the street and also 2 free parking nearby (Ledormeur or behind the primary school).

Logement conforme à la description, confortable et bien équipé. Bien situé, à 5 mn du télésiège et des commerces. Un petit bémol, les relations avec le propriétaire. Il nous a adressé un message (car il ne communique que par la messagerie Abritel) indiquant qu'il n'avait pas retrouvé du linge de maison qu'il avait laissé à notre disposition alors que nous ne l'avions pas utilisé et tout simplement rangé dans un placard à notre arrivée. Nous pensons qu'un petit coup de fil aurait été plus agréable.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un super séjour, appartement agréable très bien équipé et bien décoré nous n’avons manqué de rien avec nos 3 enfants , emplacement parfait, seul petit point négatif serait la sécurité au niveau de l’escalier une rembarde de sécurité ne serait pas de trop une glissade adulte ou enfants est vite arrivée !

Rien à dire, l'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût et au final très agréable Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans le centre de Cauterets, en étage élevé avec un joli panorama. Procedure d'arrivée et de départ très pratique avec la gestion des jeux de clé, nous avons ainsi pu nous organiser à notre convenance pour éviter les embouteillages des samedis d'août !

Très bel appartement moderne, spacieux et agréable

Logement avec une très grande pièce à vivre et tout le confort qui va avec ça qui nous a permis de nous sentir bien lorsque la météo était défavorable. Proche du centre de Cauterets ce qui est très agréable pour aller faire des courses à pied en 5min si besoin!

Très bel appartement

Bon soyons honnête, quand on pénètre dans l'immeuble et qu'on va jusqu'à la porte de l'appartement, on a un peu de stress sur ce qu'on va découvrir comme appartement, car les espaces communs de l'immeuble ne sont pas très reluisants, voire même assez "creepy". Mais une fois la porte ouverte, on change complètement d'univers :) L'appartement est charmant, très propre, avec une déco intérieur à la fois très moderne et design donc peut être un peu froid au premiers abords, mais à la fois très chaleureuse ... bref, on s'y s'en très bien ! En plein centre, pas mal de places de parking autour, bref très bien situé. Vraiment une très bonne option pour un séjour dans cette jolie station ! Juste une remarque, l'escalier est très raide pour accéder à l'étage du duplex. Ca n'a pas été du tout un problème dans notre cas, mais peut être que ça pourrait être une mauvaise surprise pour certaines personnes, même s'il y a un couchage dans le canapé en bas.

Great stay over Christmas week - family of four

We have had a great stay in Romain's flat - it is well-equipped and located very conveniently for pretty much everything. It is a very large apartment block but what you lose in terms of ski resort charm due to the building, you find more than that thanks to a nice interior and comfort inside of the flat. A nice balcony is a plus on a sunny day! Bedrooms on duplex level - not a problem at all for us with boys aged 10 and 13 but might be a tad tricky for younger kids. Romain was easy to reach when we needed him. Thank you very much nd we hope to be back!

Très bien équipé en matériel et vaisselle et spacieux ;quelques premiers produits basiques a disposition.. c'est agréable quand on arrive.. les lits faits également. Pour les jeunes enfants, l’escalier d'accès aux chambres est un peu raide, comme précisé sur la présentation, du reste. L'appartement est bien situé, entre le centre ville et le départ de la télécabine du Lys.

The perfect property for a family to stay in Cauterets. It was clean, well equipped (especially for younger travellers, with a potty and cot bed), and beautifully decorated. Lovely comfy beds, new kitchen and a nespresso machine. It is situated in a residential street just off the central plaza, and only 5 minutes walk from the cable car. A wonderful stay, and the owner was very prompt at responding to messages, and very helpful. Highly recommended.
