The house is located in the heart of preserved hamlet of of Keranglaz. It has a quiet environment. Entirely renovated in 2014, it is very comfortable. It southern exposurein front an enclosed pleasure garden with furniture to enjoy the sun.

The sandy beach is 15 minutes walk. Access to the coastal lane, the GR 34, is immediate (400 m), he joined Port Manech and Rospico. The sunken lane is marvelous, it opens onto the ocean.

The surrounding countryside invites long walks bicycle that can be stored in the shed for this purpose. You will discover, for example, Kerascouet Old Village of stones upright.
Pont Aven and its art galleries, its promenade on the harbor or along the river Aven, good bookshop and pastries are within 12 km.
In the village of Nevez located 6 km you will find shops including supermarket and pharmacy. Nearby, many local product markets.

Excellent sejour

Excellent sejour dans une maison tres fonctionnelle et pleine de charme. Emplacement ideal dans un tres joli hameau avec un acces a la plage a pied. Je recommande !!

Vacances en Bretagne

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances au calme. La maison est bien décorée et confortable. Par contre le manque de volets et de rideaux occultant nous a gêné. Il faut aussi savoir que les WC sont situés au rez-de-chaussée et donnent dans la cuisine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la plage et du chemin côtier, ce qui est un avantage non négligeable. La plage est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, merci. Nous connaissons très bien la région où nous venons très régulièrement et nous en avons bien profité une fois de plus. Kim et Christian

Mes petites vacances douillettes

Je cherchais un lieu facile, pas loin de la mer, au milieu de la nature, sans être trop isolé, pour déconnecter et me reposer. J'ai trouvé ! La maison est joliment aménagée et bien confortable (même en hivers !). Elle est facile à ouvrir et fermer. Le chemin côtier, à deux pas est une bonne source de balade. La lumière est magnifique. J'en ai profité pour me régaler, les crêperies et les restaurants sont nombreux dans la région. Merci pour votre accueil et vos conseils. J'ai pris une vraie bolée d'air pur ! Je reviendrai... Why they chose this property

This home revives my childhood memories with my grandparents. It allows me to share with my grandchildren moments of happiness, relaxation in a simple and wonderful nature.
The house belonged to a fisherman. We have restored it and are delighted to revive it. It is ideally located near the beach and close to country walks.

What makes this property unique

Its location near the sea with a sunny garden.
Everything is new because newly restored. Particular attention has been given to decoration and equipment. Internet available.
