The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

The villa Alma is located between Moraira and Javea, both presenting a perfect holiday retreat for families or couples. Moraira and Javea offer us some of the most astonishing coves and beaches of the beautiful Costa Blanca, a large variety of bars and restaurants, and a nearby golf course located only 3 Km. away from the villa.

Alma has a large parking space for 1 car. Following some stairs up, we find a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a BBQ area, all surrounded by a subtle traditional Mediterranean-style garden. By the pool, stairs lead up to the bottom apartment, presenting us with one double bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge equipped with Sat+TV.

From the lounge, we flow into a small balcony from which we can enjoy the view of Teulada-Moraira hills. The upper level remains closed and empty during the holiday rental period.
