Family-friendly holiday home with heated swimming pool for 11 people + 2 children

"Het Herenhuis", located in Poroszlo on the edge of the village at +/- 1 km from the lake, the supermarket and various restaurants, has a large garden with a private heated swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. The house is very suitable for a large family or 2 friendly families.
The main house comprises a spacious living room and fully installed kitchen with a wide sliding door to the covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a combination freezer, vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker + senseo, kettle and blender.
A wide corridor leads to the master bedroom (double bed, 1.80 m) with ensuite bathroom and private toilet and to the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) also with its own bathroom. A 2nd toilet is located in the hallway.
Washing machine and ironing facilities available.
The guesthouse consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) has its own bathroom with toilet. The other two bedrooms (one with a double bed 1.60 m and one with 1 single bed + double bed) have a shared bathroom with toilet.
There are 2 cots available as well as a high chair and playpen.
WIFI is available as well as TV with DVD player and connection via TV Flanders. Nine bicycles (incl. 3 children's bicycles) are available to our guests as well as reading material (Dutch + German), DVDs and children's toys.
The swimming pool is located between the two houses and is heated with solar panels.
Both the garden and the swimming pool are regularly maintained by a gardener.
Payable on site:
- final cleaning 65 euros;
- bed and kitchen linen: 8 euros per person;
- tourist tax: 1 euro per adult per night.
Bring your own: towels and beach towels.
