On Island Time is a gorgeous, renovated villa stocked with everything you need for your beach vacation! The villa is a quick walk to the beach, Low Country Celebration Park, shopping, and dining.

On Island Time villa has all of the things we have seen or wanted to have at our favorite beach rentals, including the use of our beach supplies in the outdoor closet. The spacious and comfortable living area offers the perfect location to relax, spend time with family/friends, and take in some entertainment on the Smart TV. The gorgeous kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a large family dinner and has plenty of plates and serving pieces. We have ample seating at our dining table as well as the bar seating.

We have created two work- or learn-from-home spaces because you can't always be "on island time" and may need to check in with work or school.

All three bedrooms are spacious and have private renovated bathrooms, comfy beds, TVs, and plenty of storage.

The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed plus an upgraded dresser with a drawer that converts to a standup desk. It's perfect for anyone who needs to do some work from the beach. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom offering a walk-in shower. It also hosts a traditional desk that is perfect for schoolwork or an office at the beach. We even provide an extra monitor to improve your work/study experience. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed to round out sleeping for 8 guests (sorry, no pets or ESA). It, too, has a private ensuite bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combination. All bedrooms feature TVs with Roku devices for streaming channels and cable programming.

For your convenience, we have a full-sized washer and dryer on the main level along with secure high-speed internet (100mb/sec).

Guests at On Island Time have access to the entire villa except for the owner's closet at the top of the stairs and a cabinet in the laundry room. Guests will be provided with a custom code for the keyless entry door, the key to the outdoor storage closet, and (2) key cards for the back gate (fastest way to the beach and the Low Country Celebration Park) and entry to the pool.

We welcome guests to stay at the villa for 2-14 day visits from March - October. Snowbirds or people looking to work from home, Hilton Head Island style, are welcome for longer stays in the off season. Ask me for monthly rates.

Guests are invited to borrow our beach supplies and simply return them and lock the closet upon departure. Please note: Beach supplies are not disinfected between guests and we cannot guarantee the contents. If you chose to use our beach supplies you do so at your own risk.

Hilton head vacation!!

You can tell the owners take pride in their investment, great attention to detail. Meg respons very quickly to any questions or concerns. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware options for those who wish to cook in a lot. Very nice place.

We are Don and Meg Larcinese. We live in Atlanta and have two young-adult children. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for close to 30 years and wanted to own vacation villas that we could make into ideal destinations for us and for you. We have tried to incorporate the best aspects of the properties we have rented, and our goal is to provide our guests with the best vacation possible.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of this villa, the generous room sizes, and number of bathrooms. It is walking distance to the beach, and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bath off of the living area.

What makes this property unique

Outside of our fabulous location, we strive to provide guests with all of the details that we like to have at a beach rental. Our kitchen is well stocked and has all of the items listed below and we have created 2 new work/study spaces.

- A wide variety of pots, pans, including a few pots large enough for a traditional low country boil
- Plenty of serving dishes of all sizes
- Pitchers
- Plasticware
- Coffee maker
- Blenders - a standard blender and a Magic Bullet
- Crockpot (liners to make cleanup simple)

- Indoor grill
