On the outside, you will have access to all facilities: a 10mx4m swimming-pool (free 24/7), a swing, a covered parking and an exterior one, a 3 800m2 garden and a BBQ on the upper side of the Villa and with some luck you will find a truly great place, between the trees to play bowls, very popular in the region!
