About the host
Hosted by John Chenoweth

An active Florida Realtor and investor, my background was engineering (a former Motorola employee with 5 patents). I love the South Florida diversity and active lifestyle. I love freshly cooked Cuban food served with a chaser of cafe con leche (steamed milk with espresso). My wife is a heath and fitness instructor, she's always encouraging people to "be the best that you can be!"
My motto " It's another beautiful day in Paradise."

Why they chose this property
One of the cutest, little homes I've ever seen like a tropical dollhouse. Close to beaches and to downtown, great restaurants and night life. Seems like Delray has more live music and local bands than any city I've ever visited.
What makes this property unique
The area in downtown Delray is an amazing mixture of cultures, varied shopping experiences, with modern architecture to historic American homes, with art festivals to live music, to tropical beaches. You see trendy millenials sitting alongside beer drinking rockers. Food ranges from vegan burgers to traditional surf and turf.
