This is a roomy 2-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, ample parking space, and a large back deck for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The bottom level has a living area with a couch, TV, board games, microwave, Foosball table, and day bed. The bedroom (BR1) has a Twin bed and a Twin over Queen Bunk. The upper level can be accessed by both inside and outside stairwells. There is a full kitchen for your cooking needs, a dining table with 5 chairs and a long bench, and a living area with a couch, 2 accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi for entertaining. There is outdoor seating on the upper balcony and below ground level. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Guest room 2 (BR2) has 2 brand-new queen-sized beds. Guest room 3 (BR3) has a Queen bed and closet for your beach attire. Both guest rooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub unit. The Master bedroom has a King bed, TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower.

The property provideds excellent access to the beach. The kitchen was probably the best equipped kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Location

Great location to towns many amenities as well as the beach. Every place we went to, we experienced great customer service,. Check in process and check out was very easy. Hope to come back soon.

Nice family getaway

Clean property which nicely fit the entire family. Property was well stocked with everything we needed and we loved the yard for the kids and our two dogs. Stair case is scary and can be very dangerous especially with two toddlers, however older children would be fine…. or just keep a close eye on them at all times like we did. 🙂

Family vacation

The house was in a fantastic location. The property outside was littered with beer cans. The house was picked up but not clean. No useable pots, pans, skillets. Had to buy our own.

Description of Property was not accurate

No one even mentioned the steep skinny curving spiral staircase down to the bottom apartment unit. It totally messed up our sleeping arrangements that we planned out. Getting up and down those stairs in the middle of the night to use the restrooms was a real hassle. A half bath down there would have made it so much better.

Not what we expected

The pictures online look nothing like the place, it looks like they went through a remodel, which is great but some of the items prior to remodel were no longer there. For example a tv in bottom rooms, and with kids we needed it, the manager did get us one. We were upset because the morning of day 2 someone went and cut the yard and blew grass all over the downstairs furniture outside. I called and it took them 30 hours to get someone to clean them off. We lost a day of enjoying it. Overall location was great and lots of beds! I did leave a plug for my laptop I called multiple times and was told they would get it and mail it, it’s been over 2 weeks and no word from them.

Great location but had issues

I love the location of the property but it had some issues… the dryer didn’t work and the downstairs had an open roof problem so it smelled kinda weird… the master bathroom was super tiny and the inside stairs were dangerous 😂😂… overall it was a good place just not what I expected…

Loved our stay

The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. The grass was a bit high but the house had everything we needed and the bed swing on the bottom was an amazing place to relax. Overall, we would rent it again.

Pet Friendly Retreat

Relaxing vacation rental that has plenty of space for a large group. The fact that this place had a second living room downstairs makes it an ideal space for families so that adults and kids can both have room to relax. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. With so few places that allow pets we were thankful to find such gem.

Great stay

We had a great stay, after many things my family and I been through it was a much needed vacation. The place was nice couldn't really ask for more, Just glad I got to spend time with my family in a very welcoming neighborhood and home.

Lovely Home for family and pets!

Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a house to rent in port a if you have a big family and need a fenced yard for pets. The pictures matched the house itself perfectly and it slept us all comfortably. The location of the house was perfect and super close to the beach. We had enough parking for all of our vehicles and the golf carts we rented as well which was a plus. Everything was nice and clean and there was enough towels and blankets for everybody. As for the cons, the umbrella outside on the balcony was completely broken so we couldn't use it. The grass in the yard was fairly high and you could tell it hadn't been cut in awhile which was unfortunate for our little dogs. Lastly, the AC, it was a shame we weren't allowed to turn it down below 74 as it was cooler than it was outside for sure but it did tend to be a little warm at times but I would just advise future renters to bring a fan of their own to help!

Couple getaway with dogs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During Covid times, we needed a getaway and wanted to bring our dogs with us. We found this home and it checked all the boxes for what we were needing. The backyard and deck were accurately described but a few house descriptions were not as accurate. There was a musty, cat pee smell upon entering so we had to buy a candle to use while in the home. We didn’t have enough towels so that was an issue... the layout of the home was not described accurately. While we didn’t need the downstairs room, to access the media room, you had to go down a very very narrow spiral stair which was not described and was very scary! The living area was a bit small... but overall we had a good stay. Just wish the smell wasn’t there!!

It was not clear there was no pool in our community area only a city pool. The oven did not work to prepare breakfast. No cable TV. No extra blankets. Dead fly in cabinet drawer. Needs darker blinds so people can sleep later in the morning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simply put, this place was nasty. Sand on the floor upon arrival, roaches, film of dust/dirt on just about everything, old and filthy furniture and the topper - a huge dried green booger on the master bath wall. We left early.

Port Aransas Stay

Property was very nice and roomy. Location was great! However there was construction going on and power was out for 2hrs during our stay which caused the oven not to work. Some of the sheets on the beds didn't look like they were changed before we got there. Property did have plenty of towels and necessities. We still had a great time!

Fun in Port Aransas

Description not accurate. The overall place was great. Plenty of rooms. Location great. It was in the description that there was a TV downstairs and there was. But, it did not work, nor did the DVD player. The stairs going down to the 1st floor are only made for young people, very steep and small. The only bedroom with a tv was the master and there were basically 4 bedrooms. We did enjoy the place. There was enough beds for 14 people.
