Fabulous property. The pool and spa were very clean as was the house. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

The house needs some updated painting in areas, a couple of the bathroom sinks drained a little slow. In one of the bedrooms there was a small bug problem that inconvenienced two of our guests but the host handled in a satisfactory way. I understand that there are multiple homes to clean from one booking to the next, but please check under the beds for trash and dust the bed frames. The overall stay was good.

2023 Thanksgiving Solterra Resort

The property has great amenities. If you’re traveling with young children, they will enjoy the lazy rice and slide. The adults will enjoy the jacuzzi and pool outside. This was a staycation away from home to share Thanksgiving with family that was staying in another property from Tampa and Arcadia.

College Baseball Spring Break

Amanda was amazing with all our last minute adjustments to our dates. The house is positioned near the clubhouse and has so much room. Really enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Amazing winter getaway!

This house was perfect! Big enough for everyone to have their own space, and washroom. There was 11 of us there, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was nice and warm, and games room was a bonus! The grocery stores and gas station's are all close by, and the neighbourhood , and resort amenities were amazing. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent property for a large group. Nicely stocked for cooking. Had one small problem which was not the owners fault but was addressed quickly by the owners. Couldn't have been happier. It was nice to have our own pool at the house as the subdivision pool area was too crowded for us.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house! It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped — every tool and dish we needed was on hand. The pool and screened yard were a family fav! The laundry access was a great convenience too.That said, cleanliness fell short and is worth addressing. The floors throughout the house didn't appear to have been swept or vacuumed, or only minimally so — we found debris at the entrance and on the stairs to the upper level, and even someone's eyelash on the upstairs floor. The master bathroom shower needs a deeper clean, and the drains in all the bathroom sinks and two of the upstairs showers are slow to drain. We also found a small millipede presence in and around the pool area (harmless, but worth adding to the regular cleaning routine) — we cleaned it up and swept the area ourselves.Given these gaps, being asked to strip beds, start a load of towels, and sweep/tidy before checkout felt like a lot, especially since the incoming clean didn't meet that same standard.We hope this feedback helps improve things going forward — this is genuinely a lovely home, and we'd love to return once the cleanliness issues are sorted out. Family Vacation

The property was gorgeous and exactly as listed. The decorations were lovely. I would have given all 5’s because again the property is simply beautiful but we have a little difficulty getting in the property at check in. Also we were not able to enjoy the pool because it was cold. I will add the host worked diligently to get it taken care of but it didn’t happen before the end of our stay. She graciously refunded our money for the pool. Also gave us money to spend to go swim at the club house so she was really trying to make things right. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is definitely it. I would recommend their place anytime. Plenty of room and space for the entire family. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home but needs a little TLC

I want to first off explain why I rated this home with 3 stars. (1). The home had 7 bedrooms, the listing stated a TV in every bedroom, there was only 6. (2). The 1st night we had to purchase ice in coolers because ice maker/water feature didn't work. We were for 3 nights/4 days and the refrigerator never got cold. (3). The wifi service was horrible. Overall, the home spacious, great location because everything you need is within 5 miles. The kids loved the pool and the gaming area in the garage.

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned, the refrigerator you used was brand new and just delivered days before your arrival. If you would have contacted me about the freezer issue right away, we would have sent someone out that day. However, we were not notified until after you had already purchased the cooler. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had, which is why we provided a small refund to you. Also, the WiFi is 5G, so I'm unsure why any problems were experienced. Lastly, there were 8 televisions in the home that could have been utilized by guests and we were unaware a missing television in one bedroom would be a major issue. Any concerns or issues brought up were addressed by myself or our property management company within 45 minutes max. A lot of work and updates have been made to the house since we purchased it over the last year, so it's unfortunate you were not able to experience that similar to previous guests.

I love this property! It was just as it was listed on VRBO. Only issue we had were the bathrooms were not cleaned. We cleaned them ourselves.It accommodated our entire family. The pool and hot tub were so nice. We plan on coming back to this house. Thank you Amanda for such a great vacation home!

Fantastic home

This home met all of our needs. The furniture throughout the home was very comfortable as well as the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals for a family of 12. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this one was the by far the most accommodating and comfortable for our family.

It was a great place

This property was great. Plenty of room both up stairs and downstairs to enjoy with a rec room patio and pool. Each bedroom was comfortable nicely decorated and very inviting. Easy check in. Any questions were quickly answered. This property was close to community pool and an easy drive to Disney. The family ( 9 people ) really enjoyed it.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed the house and all the amenities the community had. The hot tub/ pool at the house was our favorite. The traffic to getting places with all the construction was a pain a couple of days, but that’s FL. Would definitely recommend to others.

Approved by kids, loved by the family

My family and I stayed here for a Saturday to Saturday spring break trip and was not disappointed. It's always hard to pick the right spot that is close to the action, but far enough away to not get bogged down with traffic and tons of people. The balance at this house was perfect. The neighborhood was quite enough to not feel like people were on top of you, but had a resort style pool and lazy river within 10 mins walking distances from the house. The house: So we were pleasantly surprised to see a newer sectional couch on the main floor that fit the room perfectly. The pool table was on the garage area which worked out fine for those late night games when you didn't want to keep others awake. The second living room area on the second floor was nice to have space for the kids to hang out when the adults were hanging out on the main floor. The Pool: just the right size and the spa was hot and wonderful for those sore muscles. The pool faces the main road of the community, but even through the day you didn't really notice the cars going by. Probably the best perk was the side entrances to the pool area could be used to access the yard and then go a few steps to the sidewalk to do the short walk to the community club house and pool/lazy river. We spent 2 days there and while it was busy, it didn't have the stuffy/crowded feeling. Final thoughts: No issues, very clean and welcoming. Everyone said they can't wait to come back again.

Christmas and New year stay

The property was exactly as described. Great location for Disney. 15-20 minutes from any park. We loved the House and it slept all 14 of us with a room to spare. Kitchen was well equipped, we managed to cook for all of us multiple times. The place was clean and ready for us at check in. The hosts were incredible responsive to all our needs prior to our arrival and during our stay, they even responded to a need close to midnight one night. Excellent customer service ! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family gathering

The house was the perfect place for a family gathering in a warmer place than the Midwest. We had our Christmas there, and the location was great. Several places nearby for anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were used often.
