Apartment of 47 m2, balcony with views of the city. Air-conditioned & ventilated room with TV 32 ", king size bed with mattress on sommier. Living room with sofa bed and TV 42 ", fiber optic WiFi internet. Modern kitchen with hot water in the sink, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment. Bathroom with glass shower door "securit", automatic washing machine. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, safe box, sheets and towels provided. The building "Paradise Residence" is located 280 m from the beach in a street "soi 7" where we find: restaurants, hotels, massage parlors, beauty salons, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores. The building is guarded 24/24, floors are served by elevator, parking for motorcycle and car is in the basement

This property was great value for money. We were able to rent two units in the same building.The pool was well maintained it was in a great location for the beach, bars local market, convenience store and public transportation. The owners live in the same block and are easy to communicate with We would happily stay here again

Dårlig utleie vert som forstod lite engelsk og veldig vanskelig å kommunisere med

Vi ble godt tatt imot,og leilighet og plass var var veldig bra. Men desverre var det veldig dårlig kommunikasjon med utleier som forstod lite engelsk og dette skapte mye stress. Og når en har betalt depositum så mener jeg at en ikke skal måtte betale mer når en sjekker ut. De skulle ha trukket fra depositumet og betalt oss tilbake.istedet ble det en krangling dagen vi reiste for di ikke forstod oss. Vi hadde leid vasking av leilighet x 2 men da vi ikke var fornøyd med vasking og at vi ikke fikk rene håndklær ville vi ikke ha vasking mer og dette ble ikke godt modtatt. Ble regelrett skjeldt ut og sagt at han skulle blokke meg fra siden på homeaway. Veldig ubehagelig opplevelse.

Ms. Stromsoy Aud Venke is a charming and respectful person. She was accompanied by her daughter, it is she who writes the appreciation by hiding under the identity of her mother. The daughter of this charming lady was autaine and resistant to receiving our explanations concerning the rules of life in the building. As she did not listen to us during check-in, she subsequently expressed her dissatisfaction with the weekly cleaning service (laundry and ironing not being included in the service), she remained able to have because of his dissatisfaction. At the time of check-out, she tried to object to the payment of water and electricity consumption, although these costs were specified at the expense of the tenant. These people were respectful of the rented property and we thank them for their rental for their holiday stay at Paradise Residence.
