It is a large quiet house with sea views, in a charming little fishing village. Access to the harbor beach in less than 5 minutes on foot. Beautiful outdoor spaces.
It has a courtyard with an independent space (bedroom + bathroom + outdoor kitchen), a floor with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen, a garden with fruit trees, and a rooftop terrace for an aperitif or dinner.
The beautiful volumes of the rooms, the cross-vaults, the high ceilings, keep the charm of this 19th century house, restructured with respect for the local tradition. The thick walls keep a pleasant temperature in every season and the double-west exposure allows to enjoy gray areas even during warm summer hours.
The stones of the house come from seaside quarries. Some are full of salt that can surface from time to time in some places. This confers a lived aspect that contributes to the charm of the house.
It is for us a place where we find the calm and we disconnect from everyday life. You will not find air conditioning, the house is very well isolated, and the big walls protect us from the heat, and fans are available in all rooms.
A moment of reading in one of the small terraces, a meal with family or friends under the pergola, a time of gardening to pick up eggplants from the garden, an aperitif while admiring the sea from the toproof, the look over the horizon on the small tower of guet… will make your stay unforgettable.
The village, while very quiet, has 8 restaurants and bars, most of which are open all year.
A city of 10,000 inhabitants 4 km has all the necessary shops and services.
