The Villages POOL home with a golf course view

Come and enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom + bonus room designer home with POOL(heated March 1st -November 30th, December - February the cost to heat the pool will be an additional $500. per month) located in the Village of Polo Ridge. Situated on a corner lot on the Hawks Bay golf course. This is one of the few homes in The Villages with a private pool! EXCELLENT LOCATION - only a 5 minute golf cart ride to Publix/Southern Trace Plaza and 15 minute golf cart drive to Sumter and Spanish Springs Town Square, where there is FREE live entertainment every night! You'll have full access to all The Villages has to offer!

The Space:

Kitchen/Living/Dining: Open concept area with high ceilings and plenty of space for dining and entertaining, with two separate dining areas. Newly furnished living and dining room creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a long day on the golf course. Just off the living room, step onto the covered lanai and pool area with outdoor dining area.

Master Bedroom: Over-sized master bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom is located just off of the living room. Master bath includes double vanity, shower, separate toilet and very large walk-in closet.

Guest Bedrooms: Located off the main entrance of the home, creating privacy from the Master Bedroom.

The Living Room, Master Bedroom and one Guest Bedroom have TVs with Comcast cable. Free WiFi throughout the entire home.

Guest Bedroom 1: Large guest bedroom with queen bed, TV, dresser and ample closet space.

Guest Bedroom 2: Large guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, desk area and ample closet space.

Bonus Room: Extra room off of the garage for additional storage, kids playroom, etc.

Fantastic but short stay

We traveled very far to stay near my father. When we arrived we were very happy with the house. It is much nicer than the pictures show. The pool and golf cart were a great plus, we used both a lot. I would recommend this home for anyone staying near the villages.

Great location

We were new to the Village's and wanted to experience as much as we could. This was a great home to do it from. We used the golf cart to go shows at the Savanah center and even got to see a Polo match while we were there. The house is clean and the pool was great.

Great for a family get together

This place is very spacious, has a nice pool, tons of towels, and is close to lots of stores. We heard the gate when out at the pool but didn’t let it bother us. Laundry machines were a little noisy but not a big deal. Would definitely recommend.

Standard Villages 3 bedroom with pool. Nicely set up for rental. Easy check-in and check-out. We needed the bedrooms for adult children attending a funeral. Great outside area in bird cage. Close to shopping. Good value.

Another great stay

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this home and, as usual it was a great stay. The home has always been clean and easy to check in to/out of. It has plenty of space to be together, yet have private time when you want. I like that the washer/dryer are inside, not in the garage. Each year we find updates to the property - this year the kitchen countertops and new patio furniture. It's a great location, between 2 of the squares, close to shopping/dining and major routes to Disney and Ocala. Anytime we have had any questions the property manager and/or owner have responded quickly. We hope to continue staying here during all our future trips to The Villages.

Repeat Rental

We've rented this property multiple times, mostly because it is very close to my father's home. The property manager and the owner have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns. The home is conveniently located to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing, as well as shopping and main roads in all directions. If I had to give one downside, it wod be the home is located next to an entry gate, so the vehicle npise can be annoying when you're outside. Inside it's barely noticeable. We look forward to our next stay.

The only thing was I did not feel like it had been moped….. I had to smell trash in the garage every time I left and returned . There were a lot of stuff left by previous people ! Other than that it was great!

Location was great

There were 10 bags of garbage left in the garage. The dishwasher was full-not certain if they were clean the dryer was full of towels. The communication from the property manager was zero. The only note left by the “manager” was to take the bags of garbage out for Thursday pickup. Unbelievable

The house was a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. Had to pay extra to heat the pool, max was 82 which wasn’t warm enough for Jan & Feb especially since the water needed to be raised with fresh cold water every few days. It came with a 4 seater golf cart that is old and very loud, the location was good for shopping, most stores are very close. Its location isn’t far from Spanish Springs & Sumter. Was able to ride the golf cart easily to get there. House is located near a gate that opens and closes to let cars through that neighborhood. It caused the yard to be very noisy and it’s close to CR446 which had a lot of traffic noise including sirens from emergency vehicles that you could hear day and night. But for the rental rate it has a lot to offer.

Great location!

Home was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location of this home is perfect, 10min from the square and minutes from shops and restaurants . The only downfall is the noise from the traffic , which can be heard while in the pool area . Property manager always responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful home, great location

We love this property. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and hope to again in the future. The home is well maintained, clean and has all the necessities. It's in a great location between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing and is close to shopping. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We're already working on plans to booking next year.

We are Florida residents formally from Niagara Falls New York. We have another home in Ft Myers and enjoy both of them on a part time basis. We travel in the summer back to New York and other places to see our daughters.

Why they chose this property

This is a great property location. We searched for about 3 months to find the right house that had all our check marks, heated pool, backs up to a golf course, in the center of Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing.
The month of April there is a 2 week minimum stay.

What makes this property unique

Comes with a gas golf cart. Pool is heated 12 months a year so you don't have to go to the community pool, just walk out the back door. Free WiFi access in the entire home. Comcast TV in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 1.
