Perfect for families or a romantic getaway our home is ideally positioned halfway down the island located directly on the Caribbean coastline the island to enjoy the proximity to beaches, stores, delicious restaurants and shopping.

We just completed renovations that also include total pool construction & design, poolside palapa/table, rooftop palapa with built in table & sectional couch where you can catch the captivating & colorful sunrises & sunsets that Isla offers.

There are ceiling fans located in each room of our home and split air conditioning units in all rooms as well – and they work very fast at cooling the rooms too!

Main floor: Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area, 2 spacious & open living areas and half bath. You will love the 2 living areas that are beautifully decorated & furnished. Oversized sectional couch to relax while enjoying your favorite show or catching your fav football game on the 70” Ultra 4K curved TV with curved sound bar (great for playing your favorite music playlists too! It sounds amazing & picture perfect! We also have a new futon downstairs for extra seating/sleeping.

Second floor: 2 large Master suites that are decorated & furnished beautifully.. no detail was spared. TV’s in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms with unobstructed ocean views have access to the large wrap-around balcony, custom built king size beds with luxurious bedding. Each room has private ensuite bathrooms with custom tile work and custom wood cabinetry & large walk-in showers and illuminated onyx sinks & suspended mirrors to let in the natural light.

Beautiful wooden stairway leads takes you from the 2nd level terrace/balcony to the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing, ideal for entertaining family & friends under the palapa (thatched roof) with red LED up-lighting..what a beautiful effect at night while embracing the constant Caribbean ocean breezes and enjoying panoramic views of the entire island.

Very nice property. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the house. Views from house are amazing! First time staying on the island and will return. Would definitely rent this property again

Absolutely Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful home with the most breathtaking views! Pool was perfect to enjoy in the mornings and after a long day at the beach. Beds felt like heaven with the most comfortable mattress, bedding and pillows. Owners were very responsive and helpful with questions about local questions. We would stay here again for sure!

The Perfect Place on the Perfect Island

This beautiful house provides the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying this wonderful island. The house is beautifully decorated while providing everything you could need while on vacation. The location is great for getting to and from everywhere you want to go. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from every room in the house as well as from the pool and the Palapa covered deck upstairs. This is a definite dream house for spending your time on Isla Mujeres.

Amazing

The house was just as pictured. The property manager met us a little earlier than expected due to customs going quickly and was extremely helpful the entire stay. When I couldn’t make a food order delivery, she called it in for me. The property owners responded quickly with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice to hang out and have an impromptu dance party or two. Overall extremely satisfied with this house and we will be back!

Gorgeous views, yet away from the hustle and bustle

There were 4 of us celebrating a milestone birthday, and we absolutely made ourselves at home. Both bedrooms have beautiful views of the Caribbean, and access to the rooftop. We are very happy we were not close to the downtown scene, but it was easy to get to when we wanted. The house was clean, and well-stocked, and we loved every minute of it.

Casa Paraiso

Lovely rental home on Isla Mujeres! Stacey was wonderful to work with along with DC Explorers. Stacey was super attentive to our needs and very helpful. She organized our golf cart rental and all transportation through DC Explorers. Our only issue was the washing machine was broke and their new one hadn't arrived before our arrival. We had planned to do laundry and therefore packed less since we were headed to Cancun after our Island stay. Otherwise a wonderful stay!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Fabulous vacation

Casa Paraíso was even better than the pictures portrayed in VRBO. The views from every level of the house were spectacular. Several weeks before we arrived we received information from the owners of Casa Paraiso that included all information about the house and tons of information about Isla Mujeres that proved to be invaluable to make our trip successful. Upon their recommendations, we arranged flawless transportation from the airport to the house and delivery of our golf cart for our stay on the island. The property manager, Stacy, met us upon our arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to Isla again and ,hopefully, to Casa Paraiso. Thank you to Ashley and Todd for making your home available for a wonderful vacation.

Constant breeze

Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. Some of the amenities of the house were in need of perhaps a little bit of updating. The road noise was much louder than we had anticipated. We felt that the guide in the home was perhaps a bit overwhelming, and might benefit from a page with bullet points. We use the AC sparingly because the breeze was lovely and with the fans made things just fine. It was a perfect house for two adult couples and we made full use of the plunge pool, the fans in the house. We had a harder time sitting up on the deck at night because of all the light pollution around the house Overall I would recommend this place for two adult couples who are self-sufficient. We felt that was very good value. Thank you for a lovely stay stay.

Girls trip

Our stay at Casa Paraiso was PERFECT! From booking it to checking out. Ashley took the time to call me after she received an email from me asking her some general questions. Very good communication throughout the weeks leading up to our stay. The location is absolutely one of the best spots on the island. Convenient to both North Beach and Ounta Sur. You can watch the sunrise from the rooftop or from laying in bed! And the beds! So comfortable! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, complete with a hairdryer (which was a huge plus to me!) we were met at the house upon our arrival, and given the key and a few instructions. There is a washer and dryer in the half bath off the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen essentials. We opted to eat out most meals but did buy some snacks and liquor to have in the evening while hangin out up on the roof. Th pool is the perfect little spot to get a little sun and to cool off, and enjoy the view of the ocean while doing so! And plenty of beach towels are provided so you don’t need to pack those either! The bedrooms have ample closet space, with plenty of hangers! The balcony out the two bedroom doors makes for a great spot to do morning yoga or to just soak up the gorgeous view! There is. Walking path right across the street! The binder in the home is FULL of suggestions on places to go and things to do! 5 star stay! We will be back!

Beautiful island, Nice house, but not happy

1st of all, I had a great time and everyone involved at the location is very responsive. My disappointment is the deception of the ad as this house says "beach front". THIS RENTAL IS NOT BEACH FRONT. If I lived an hour away, it would be no big deal, but when you fly 2,000 miles and are looking forward to tip-toeing to the beach every day and you can't, it is very disappointing. The house overlooks the ocean, but you cannot get to the beach as it overlooks a cliff with lots of rocks and zero beachfront. So, yes, it is ocean front, but not beach front as listed. In order to get to the beach, you will need to take a 10-minute cab ride every day or rent a golf cart. Ok, not a big deal, but this should be explained and not figured out upon arrival. So, while the house is nice, i went to Cancun for the beach and was very disappointed. The island is very nice however and I made the best out of it.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! What you see in the pics is what you get. It was very spacious and offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or have dinner with family or friends. The location is perfect, on the Caribbean side in the center of the island, with a quick golf cart ride to either end depending on what you want to do. We enjoyed the privacy and having our own space. Ashley and Todd were always quick to answer our questions and very easy to work with. They do provide all the information you need to get from the airport to the island which made our visit even better. We did take advantage of the grocery delivery option Ashley and Todd offered and Stacy the house manager had everything we asked for waiting when we arrived. But, there is a well stocked grocery store on the island so if you're feeling adventurous give it a try. We went for snacks and had no trouble! The area is safe, people are friendly and fun. There is a small cantina a short walk from the house that had good food and great drinks. And the view was wonderful! You won't be disappointed with your stay Casa Paraiso!

My best friend & I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. It is in a good location & the views are absolutely beautiful! We had the property manager, Stacy, get our list of groceries so they were there on our arrival. It was wonderful having this service however, it would have been nice to communicate the items that were not gotten, so we could have picked them up on the way there. The house was basically clean, but definitely needs some TLC! The front gate does not latch/lock properly so a rock is used to hold it open/closed, numerous doors & windows locks, latches & seals are broken, leaking causing other issues. It stormed our first evening there & we lost power. There were no flashlights (thankfully I had brought one with me), we had only been there a couple hours before this so we had to hunt for a candle & finally found two. Water was leaking through the window in the front room, above the couch as well as windows on the staircase causing water to pool on the floor ( in the dark, with water on tile floor unknown to us, created a slip & fall problem, luckily no injuries occurred). The sliding door in the primary bedroom does not latch or lock so a wooden rod is used to prevent from opening. Hand soap & dish soap were provided as well as toilet paper & paper towels, bath, kitchen & pool towels were also provided. There is no body soap, shampoo or bar soap, so being your own. Basic cleaning was done, but needs a deep cleaning. Needs TLC!!

Excellent 5 days!

Great villa with a wonderful pool, view and roof top palapa for relaxing! The villa itself was lovely and cool! We spent most of our time by the pool if we were home. The street out front is a little noisy with golf cart traffic and motor bikes, but it gets quieter in the evening. It really didn’t bother us. The view and breeze takes over and you just forget about it!Ashley was an amazing host from start to finish! She was very responsive when booking and during our stay. She provided links for transportation to and from airport and ferry to the island and also for our golf cart rental. It was a seamless process from start to finish! I highly encourage you to use her links! We chose to have our groceries delivered to the villa before we arrived. Probably not a necessary thing if you have a golf cart, as the grocery store is only a 10 minute ride away. Definitely rent a golf cart! The villa is mid island, so having the cart made getting to the North beach (busy town with shops and white sand beach) and South part of the island quick, easy and FUN! Venture into the area mid island for great food and skip the crowds in North beach. We loved the south part of the island! Check out the Mayan Monkey Beach club for a great evening with dinner and drinks on the water! We would recommend this place to others!

Casa Paraíso is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, this little gem you want to come back to! The house is even better in person, and the views are just breathtaking. Everything you need is there, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was our favorite part! Ashley was the sweetest always very reactive before/during our stay, you can feel her love for the island, and it is contagious! Hopefully we’ll be back at Casa Paraíso, we loved Isla Mujeres! Todd & I are blessed with 4 kids (I can't call them children anymore) and our 2 beautiful grandchildren, Lincoln & Kennedy, who are the the loves of our lives too!. Our love for Isla Mujeres back in 2003 when we decided to take a spur-of-the-moment day trip to Isla from Cancun… like the majority of people have do. It took us over an hour to get to Isla via a small fishing boat back then.. now it is only a quick 20 minute ferry ride on a fancy boat now.. but you feel like you are in a totally different world from the hustle & bustle of Cancun.. YIKES! Little did we know the impact that Isla Mujeres would have on us! I remember the feeling I had when I first stepped off the boat the very 1st trip to the island...it's so hard to "explain" to people what Isla is like.. but there is something very special and magical about Isla that has stolen my heart for over 15 years & still have that feeling every time that I arrive on the island. Our family fell in love with the calm, crystal clear warm Caribbean beaches, LOVE the simplicity of the island in general & daily island living (slip into "mañana mode", the local Isleños are so welcoming every time I see them, wonderful community & family values, enjoying traditional Mexican dishes & the freshest seafood you will ever put in your mouth, and it's so safe (it's like it's very own country... away from Mexico's bad reputation) The island has a huge Navy base on the island & I am down there all the time without my husband (he still has his job in the states) & I have NEVER EVER felt unsafe.. I actually feel safer in Isla than here in the states.

We were married in Isla Mujeres on August 1, 2004, which is exactly 1 year from our casual day trip that would affect & change our lives forever. We had a beautiful sunset beach wedding ceremony at Zoetry Villa Rolandi Hotel with a traditional mariachi band & lots of tequila. We hope you enjoy the island & our home as much as we do! We would drive our golf cart around the island and always would comment on how we really loved this house and on one of our many trips to Isla Mujeres we saw that the house was listed "for sale"..THAT was our moment to have our very own "slice of paradise". There is always a constant breeze coming off the Caribbean while soaking up the sun in the pool and then heading up to the rooftop entertaining area & chilling out after a long day in the sun ~ with your favorite wine or cerveza in your hand as you watch the sun fall behind the horizon, painting the sky shades of red and pink, and I thank God for all the beauty he created for us ~ we are so grateful and blessed.
