This 3 bedroom home was custom designed to make your stay perfect in every way. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a modern open concept design. The chef’s kitchen includes everything you need to make the most complicated meal. Dine inside or outside and enjoy the serene surroundings.

The open living room includes a built-in day bed that will comfortably sleep, 2 children or one adult. Separate from the main home is a lovely casita that includes a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom. The casita has a Palapa roof that will remind you that you are in Mexico and yet have all the modern conveniences of a luxury hotel.

The home is surrounded by a tall privacy fence that encloses the pool and hot tub, along with the outdoor kitchen. Listen to the waterfall that flows into the pool and sleep peacefully away from any road noise. Walk out of any room into the garden area and you will never want to leave. The home and casita will comfortably sleep 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 young children.

A new viewing area has been added to the rooftop of this jungle oasis. It is the perfect place to appreciate views of the island. This unique property will give you everything you need to enjoy everything that Isla Mujeres has to offer.

This home has been professionally sanitized before guests arrive. It is supplied with wipes and hand sanitizer, and all cleaning and maintenance staff have completed the Mexican Covid Cleaning certification program.

We had a great experience at Mayaland! There were three adults and two children for our 8 day stay and we used all the bedrooms. They were great.Lots of fresh water was stocked, a wonderful guacamole kit was provided upon arrival, too. Mariana was extremely responsive with anything that came up. She even went above and beyond picking us up from the ferry when our flight was extremely delayed and we were unable to pick up the golf carts the evening of our arrival.Pool and hot tub were excellent and the seating area outside is where we spent majority of our time at home. Would highly recommend.

The house was absolutely amazing we had 2 couples staying. Everything was as listed in ad. The beds are very comfortable the showers are great the house had everything. The pool and hot tub were fabulous we used them every day. This was our 13th trip to the island and I would stay here again. Mariana was great to work with she handled everything perfectly.

Loved Mayaland!

We loved our stay at Mayaland! Beautiful home, great for a family or couples as there are 3 bedrooms with full baths. All the conveniences of home, maximum 10 minute walk to Punta Sur, Kin Ha and Garrafin. Quick taxi or bus ride to north beach. Pool and patio are lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Private Tropical Oasis

The house was unexpectedly wonderful and just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Private backyard made it seem like we were alone and we had at least two days where we did not leave the property because we just wanted some low-key time. There was fresh water always available The house was beautiful and we even had a spacious rooftop space for sunrises, sunsets, and even some morning yoga.

What a great space for vacation. The outdoor living area is absolutely gorgeous. The house is fully stocked with anything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Peace and Love

Walking in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It is a beautiful home with a boho feel tucked in on the quiet south side of the island. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and pool. We never needed to call the management because everything was perfect. We often went to Kin Ha for their beach club, which was laid-back and affordable. Having The Joint so close for their food and fantastic music was also excellent.

The best time!

We loved Casa Mayaland and the southern island area! We had everything we needed, well stocked and beautiful, safe property. Will definitely return! Ice cold AC and the pool were great after long days in the sun!

Beautiful Secluded Home

This was my first time visiting this beautiful home and came highly recommended by a friend who has stayed in the home on 3 separate occasions. This home is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The home was clean and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main streets.

Me and family had a bless time at this property the island was a pleasant beautiful the house was far from center and playa Norte but better was 20 min to get there in a golf cart the restaurants and food excellent muelle 7 restaurante is the best restaurant, house have everything you can inmagent very confortable so happy to be there

Mayaland NICE!!!

Everything about Mayaland was great! Such a nice place to relax. I know other reviews talk about "Gato" but she is cool and greeted us upon every return. I to am allergic to cats so pet her with a stick, she likes that!

This property was so beautiful and well kept. It comfortably fit 7 of us and we had a blast. The directions for the place from the ferry dock was clear and understandable. Our host was super communicative. 10/10 no notes.

Beautiful and quiet

This property is stunning. The house is as it looks in the pictures beautiful and spacious. House was clean, the a/c worked great, and had no issues. It’s out of the hustle of the city but not far from anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again. Jean and Alex were awesome hosts!!

Hidden oasis

This property is beautiful and has everything you need. I saw in previous posts that said the hot tub was not hot, that was not the case, it got hot for us and was a wonderful addition. Sunrise on the roof top is beautiful. There were fresh water dispensers in the house and casita were a nice touch. Plenty of towels and there were beach towels for each guest. The bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer and dryer worked well. If you get a golf cart there is an area you can park it within the gates. We will be back!

The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. The cat was a character and stayed with us when we were outside.

Paradise in paradise, amazing service and accommodations

The Mundaca team was unbelievable in their communication and responsiveness. They were on top of everything and always available. The place was so beautiful. Despite being hard to find since it's so new and without an address, the team mangaged to get meet every need from transportation to groceries on time. We all loved the amazing pool, including our two young boys. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Beautiful property! This was our second time on the island and we had another wonderful experience. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we were looking for our vacation. Check in was easy and efficient. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you would need for functioning kitchen. A/C worked well. Plenty of room for 6 people. Pool and hot tub are awesome. We loved this place. Only issue we had was how to start the oven. No temperature dial so had to guess but it worked out. We will definitely be back to Isla Mujeres and we would definitely stay at Mayaland again!

Awesome accommodations February 2023’

Third visit to isla, by far this was the best property we have stayed at to date. Secluded interior street 90 second walk to the main roadway. Two bedroom inside, one bedroom self contained unit in outdoor building. Rooftop patio affords all day sunlight, view of the ocean. Property has a pool with spiller hot tub, barbecue area and an outdoor covered area to dine in in case it rains. Kitchen is large and has all the amenities minus a dishwashwer. Plenty of dishes, bowls, cutlery glasses, etc. main floor laundry, large bathrooms giid water pressure etc etc. list goes on Would definitely rent here again, only detractor was the barbecue which needs an upgrade
