Une semaine estivale à Saint Palais

Après une arrivée mitigée dans ce logement non aéré (précédents occupants ayant négligé le ménage : odeur de poisson tenace et difficilement supportable, sol taché et chambre extrêmement poussiereuse), un bon coup de ménage et l achat de produits d entretien spécialisé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est confortable, idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage et guère plus du centre. Il possède de nombreux équipements, nous n avons manqué de rien. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à St Palais sur mer. La location est très bien située et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Endroit très calme et la terrasse est très appréciable. Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons.

location très bien.literie excellente.appartement très bien placé près de la plage et près des magas

très belles promenades à faire. Nous vous conseillons La Rochelle et Royan ainsi que le restaurant "le vivier charentais"restaurant de fruits de mer à emporter ou à déguster sur place.très bon.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Meer und Stadt

Gut ausgestattete ruhig gelegene kleine Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage zu den Stränden und zur Stadt. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Terrasse wie beschrieben sehr klein. Trotzdem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leider kein W-Lan. Sollte heutzutage zum Standart gehören. Wenig Platz für die eigenen Sachen. Hier fehlt ein Schrank.

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé qui optimise bien la surface du logement. Accueil en physique et propreté du logement appréciée. Seul bémol, le canapé lit est un peu juste et grince. Nous recommandons toutefois le bien et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement bien situé géographiquement (proximité du centre et des plages et environnement arboré) et confortable pour deux personnes. Terrasse agréable mais il est dommage que la vue soit cachée par unconstruction de la résidence, un paradoxe pour une résidence nommée Belvédère.

Emplacement idéal!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement d'Alexandre et Samuel. Il est conforme à la description. Son emplacement est idéal: proche des commerces mais aussi de la plage du Bureau et du Platin, et de plus la tranquillité du lieu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
