Appartement rénové et agréable, très proche de la plage de Foncillon et du centre-ville. Idéal pour une famille avec un ou deux jeunes enfants.

Séjour Royan

Appartement très agréable surtout par temps de canicule grâce à son exposition. Très bien situé. Tout peut se faire à pieds : marché, front de mer, port, boutiques, plage. Pharmacie et médecin d’urgence en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est appréciable en cas de besoin. La propriétaire est très agréable et de bon conseil.
