Foncillon

Superbe appartement conforme à l’annonce, très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Logement très bien équipé, confortable, cosy. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Marion, procédure d’arrivée et départ simple et efficace.Atmosphère du lieu très calme, nous étions très peu nombreux à cette période, à voir en été les logements sont quand meme très proches les uns des autres.

Superbe Appartement, mais prestations de la résidence non conforme.

Les Plus : Superbe appartement très bien équipé de haut niveau - Tout est nickel. Belles prestations. Les Moins : On nous annonce "Picine privée dans la résidence" ouverte jusqu'au 01/10 mais celle-ci est fermée depuis 10 jours (vacances du 26/08 au 01/10) donc prestation non conforme. Accès au parking non adapté pas de "bateau" il faut escalader le trotoire, pour les voitures basses gros problème.

Un lieu de résidence atypique et exceptionnel; il est en effet très grisant de profiter d’une piscine en balcon sur la plage! L’appartement est par ailleurs particulièrement bien équipé et de plein pied sur la piscine.

Très bien mais avec un petit bémol

Les photos sur l'annonce sont trompeuses : elles peuvent faire penser que l'appartement est en étage et qu'il s'agit d'une terrasse en étage, alors que l'appartement est en rez de chaussée. Les photos sont trompeuses car on a l'impression que la terrasse et le salon sont plus grands que la réalité. En revanche: +++ pour la piscine. L'eau était à 30° Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun transat et aucun parasol autours de la piscine.
