Appartement bien situé à Royan qui permet de faire tout à pied balades, plage et courses. Une place de parking. Une procédure d'accueil à distance mais avec une propriétaire très sympathique qui vous guide. De plus le soleil était présent pendant tout le séjour.

Très bon séjour à Royan

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé, très propre avec décoration épurée, bonne literie, parfait pour 2 personnes. A 5mn à pied du marché, des commerces et 10mn de la plage, nous pouvons tout faire sans voiture. La place de parking est un plus en centre ville. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne Unterkunft am Meerhine,

Ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, idealerweise für 2 Personen. . Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem größeren Wohnblock im ersten Stock und ist mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Flachbildfernsehern gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz im Hof ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem, Bettwäsche kann man leihen oder selber mitbringen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist relativ ruhig. Das Zentrum von Royan mit Bäcker, kleinem Supemarkt, Restaurants und Markthalle erreicht man in wenigen Minuten Fußweg. Dort ist auch ein Strand mit viel Remmidemmi. Insgesamt wirklich schön.

Bon logement

Appartement bien situé et au calme. Il est proche du marché, d’une boulangerie bio, du carrefour et de picard. On laisse la voiture sur la place attribuée et on fait tout à pied! Même s’il n’y a pas de balcon il est lumineux. Propre et refait. Certes il n’est très grand mais pratique. Seule petit bémol, le canapé lit dans le salon n’est pas hyper confortable pour dormir. Globalement je recommande!

Désolée pour la gêne occasionnée. La location d'une superficie de 35m2 est classée 3 étoiles pour une capacité d'accueil de 2 personnes avec un lit 160 dans la chambre. La banquette lit peut éventuellement servir de couchage pour un enfant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, la communication très fluide.. L'appartement est agréable, propre, joliment décoré, très bien équipé, situé dans un environnement calme. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied (plage, marché, boutiques...). Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour à royan ! Location refaite à neuf et tout confort (merci d'avoir installé un climatiseur). Proche des plages et du marché central, on peut tout faire à pied ! Gérante et personne sur place très aimable et chaleureuse !

Appartement situé dans centre de Royan, près de tout magasins, marché, plage. Accueil très chaleureux de Nathalie dans un appartement très propre, décoré avec goût , rien ne manque. Un plus, parking appréciable en pleine saison. séjour très reposant et plaisant pour un convalescent mais un peu court , nous reviendrons. Chantal Noël
