NEW- TOTALLY SEA VIEW classed 3*, 4 pax., Center of ROYAN

Ideally located in front of the Grande Conche beach with a magnificent sea view, this apartment classified 3*, of 70 m² with a large balcony can accommodate 4 people.

As soon as you enter, a beautiful wooden floor, an old chest containing cushions and plaids, "Caribbean blue" walls, and carefully chosen decorative elements gently immerse you in a warm atmosphere.
To the left of this entrance, the very bright living room welcomes you for comfortable moments around the table, in the lounge area or on the balcony overlooking the sea.
To the right, a first bedroom on the garden side has a 140cm bed and an integrated closet.
The bathroom, adjacent to this room and the next, is equipped with a large and comfortable Italian shower. The second bedroom, on the sea side, is equipped with a 160cm bed and an integrated storage.

Finally, the kitchen is equipped with a round table where you can eat or prepare your meals. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker are available as well as many small appliances (kettle, raclette machine, steam cooker).

You are 5 minutes walk from a bakery and the first shops of the city center. The central market is about 15 minutes away on foot.

A sports trail takes you directly to the thalasso of Royan where you can choose moments of relaxation.
The golf course of La Palmyre is 15 minutes away as is the equestrian center.

All very good apart from having to pay extra for bedding and towels which I have never had to do before. That was 70 euros. Marion who checked is in was excellent. Very hot (36) could have done with a portable fan and a soap holder in the shower. Fantastic location and view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated.

Great place lovely location.

We had a great stay but please be aware bed linen and towels are not included in the price of the Listing and the English translation did not specify this although I believe this has now been changed ! Very expensive to hire these items 20 euro per person ! Otherwise great appartment with a great view very central to everything you need In Royan

Bonne situation, mais l'appartement manque de plusieurs choses, mettre au moins des ventilateurs lors de grosses chaleurs, la cafetière ne marchait pas (obliger de demander une nouvelle), la télévision ne fonctionnait pas non plus (mise à jour non faites et pile télécommandes HS), pas d'étendoir pour pouvoir faire sécher son linge sans utiliser le sèche linge, dommage !!!! heureusement que les personnes qui s'en occupent sont agréable et réactif,

Appartement très bien situé et bien aménagé, à deux pas du centre-ville, avec une belle vue sur mer. Bon séjour malgré une météo plutôt fraîche Le centre-ville de Royan est très agréable et le stationnement gratuit devant la location appréciable Pour que se soit parfait , une étagère dans la salle de bain ainsi que des porte-manteaux seraient plus pratiques. La cafetière semble obsolète ainsi que l'éclairage de la cuisine. Le ménage est approximatif alors qu'il est imposé dans le prix ( des cheveux sur housse de matelas, poussière sur les meubles, poubelle sale... ) . Impossible de profiter de la terrasse à cause du bruit de la circulation.

Lage ist gut, Sicht auf`s Meer. Das Haus liegt an einer Strasse, dahinter ist die Promenade, man ist schnell im Zentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist schön, zwei Schlafzimmer, davon eines das auf die Strasse hinhaus geht, könnte in der Hochsaison laut sein. Kleiner Balkon.Das Restaurant PERLE D'IODE kann man sehr empfehlen. Die Kommunikation über die Schlüsselübergabe könnte besser sein.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très propre et confortable, vue imprenable sur la mer,tout peut être fait à pied. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du mobilier, et même de la vaisselle. sehr gemütliches Apartment, super Lage alles vorhanden in meinen Augen sollte Bettwäsche und Frottewäsche u.ä. inbegriffen sein. den Kontakt MarieChristine und Natascha hätte man weg lassen können- haben NIE auf eine Frage geantwortet. Nur Tel ging dann direkt in Agentur oder Reisebüro oder Verwaltung, was auch immer das war- da hat immer alles super und sehr speditiv geklappt!
