TrÚs bel appartement face à la mer avec une trÚs belle vue, prÚs du centre ville et des commodités.La situation dans la ville de Royan permet de circuler sans utiliser la voiture.C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking avec l'appartement car le stationnement est difficile en haute saison.

Logement agréable

Le logement est spacieux. Toutefois, il est annoncĂ© un parking, en fait il s'agit d'un garage mais pratiquement inaccessible car les autres locataires positionnent leur voiture ne permettant pas de se garer. Heureusement, les places de parking sont gratuites dans les rues. Les portes fenĂȘtres sont trĂšs dures Ă  ouvrir et un nettoyage des vitres serait nĂ©cessaire. Un tancarville serait le bienvenu pour Ă©tendre le linge.

trÚs bel appartement quelques détails a revoir ( comme fermeture des portes de chambres) le gros problÚme a été l'emplacement du garage déja un peut juste mais si les 2 autres locataires de chaque coté respectais leur emplacement et ne débordais pas sur le notre il y aurais moins de problÚme le propriétaire devrais se faire respecter . ma voiture a couché dehors 5 jours alors que j'ai payé le garage. et le locataire précédent a eut le meme problÚme. sinon emplacement idéal face a la plage et prÚs du centre ville

Top Wohnung in Top Lage

Direkt am Strand von Royan gelegen, ist die Wohnung hervorragend fĂŒr den Urlaub. Nur ĂŒber die Straße und schon ist man am Wasser. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren gerne dort und können eine Empfehlung aussprechen!

Appartement trĂšs chaleureux avec vue directe sur la plage et la mer. A 5mn Ă  pied de l’hyper centre de Royan avec tous les commerces indispensables.
