1920s red brick house in the residential district of Pontaillac 300 from the beach.
Completely restored, comfortable, away from the road, you can fully enjoy the Royannese sweetness thanks to its completely enclosed courtyard.
On the ground floor: a living room with an equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine). A sitting area with TV, DVD player, CD radio, board games.
A bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs two bedrooms.
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + sink, wardrobe and storage.
Outside: a wooden terrace with outdoor sofa (living room installed from May to September), a stone table with bench and chairs, a barbecue.
No garage but possibility of parking easily in the street.
All shops nearby (bakery, bank, butcher ...)
Nearby: casino, mini-golf, museum, children's club, cycle paths…

The little house near the sea

This tiny little house was perfect for our holiday. The resort of pontaillac was a few mins walk with great restos, boulangers etc. The dogs loved the beach. Sadly today they can no longer use the beach until october. Great location close to st palais sur mer, iles d olereon, re, aix, la rochelle. Will defo return. Highly recommended

Perfect little house in perfect quiet location near the beach

A very comfortable and very clean house with every thing you need. Really close to the beautiful Pontailac beach with lots of restaurants to choose from. A very quiet locatation. We and our teenage boys really enjoyed our stay although booking a wi-fi hub for the week helped a lot! Our boys really enjoyed surfing which is very popular (and safe) on this beach. The weather has been great for the time of year. Thank you Yolande. We would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

J'ai passé une semaine très agréable dans cette petite maison tres près de la plage,au calme . L'açcueil par la propriétaire est plus chaleureux qu'une boîte à clefs...je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Retour enchanteur sur les pas de ma jeunesse heureuse , promenades en corniche , visites du patrimoine architectural remarquable des lieux , immersion dans cette nature si typique et originale , sa diversité et sa beauté particulière , dégustation de régal des produits locaux . Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation. Effectivement là box a été changé pour un accès fibre, je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le choix des dates. Concernant la propreté à votre arrivée, il est vrai que je vous ai permis une entrée dans les lieux à 14h au lieu de 16h.

Maison ancienne très bien rénovée, dans le respect du style de la maison, avec de beaux matériaux. On s'y sent bien comme dans une maison de famille. Elle est très bien située, dans un quartier plein de charme, proche de la mer et très calme .Les équipements sont de qualité, et la décoration très harmonieuse.

Nous avions tellement apprécié notre séjour en 2018 que nous avions décidé de revenir. Le charme de la maison , son calme et emplacement idéal nous ont à nouveau ravi. Rien ne manque pour un séjour parfait. Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux de Mme Begouin.
