Villa Kokomo - Saint François, quiet and close to beaches and amenities

Come to discover the softness of Guadeloupean life within Villa Kokomo.

Located near the Marina, its shops, services and restaurants, golf, beaches and lagoon, the villa will seduce you with its comfort, charm and modernity.

Completely renovated in 2018, the villa is composed of:
- an air-conditioned master suite: bedroom, dressing room and private bathroom with walk-in shower
- 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with a shower room with walk-in shower
- a fitted kitchen open to the living room ventilated by the trade winds
- umbrella bed for the little ones.

All furniture, bedding and equipment is new.

As for the garden, you will enjoy moments of relaxation under the covered terrace and around the swimming pool. Size 7x4, it is equipped with a security alarm for children and you will enjoy moments of conviviality in his "ti-punch box", surrounded by his deck of 80 m2 with deckchairs.
For the change of scenery, you will undoubtedly have the pleasure of crossing the iguanas who have taken up residence in the garden.

The on-site reception is provided by Virginie who will prepare the first breakfast.

The house is also equipped with a complementary water tank, connected to city water, essential to Saint Francis to counter the frequent water cuts.

Your car will be safe in the private parking.

Do not hesitate!

Villa Kokomo is fabulous. Set in a beautiful garden (iguana family in the trees an added bonus!) with a fantastic pool, it's totally private despite being close to other villas and perfect for families, groups of friends or just a couple. We loved the chic and stylish design, even better than the photos, and everything is of a high quality. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need and bathrooms great too. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. I think what really sets Villa Kokomo apart from many other nice villas we have stayed in the past is the attention to detail and level of care. From the exchanges with Olivia prior to arriving, to the lovely warm greeting from Victoria on arrival (the punch, fruit and snacks were greatly appreciated after a long flight!), tips and check-ins from both during the week and the comprehensive folder of information at the villa, you really feel looked after and that the hosts care about your stay. Thank you very much Olivia, Simon and Victoria and we hope to be back soon!

TrÚs bon séjour en famille à la villa Kokomo

Maison bien équipée et agencée pour un séjour en famille, située dans un quartier calme et à proximité des commerces. Magnifique palmier de bismarck dans le jardin et hibiscus accueillant pour les iguanes qui en font leur goûter. Belle piscine au sel, sensation d'enveloppement trÚs agréable. TrÚs peu de moustiques pendant notre séjour, bref on recommande!

Un sĂ©jour inoubliable entre amis! La villa est trĂšs bien entretenue, confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Chacun trouve son intimitĂ© et les aires communes sont trĂšs conviviales! TrĂšs bien situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© vraiment de tout mais oĂč on trouve tout de mĂȘme un calme apaisant dĂšs qu’on passe la porte. La cour est magnifique et privĂ©e. La piscine invitante et trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e en fin de journĂ©e! TrĂšs bon contact avec les propriĂ©taires soucieux de notre confort durant notre sĂ©jour. Superbe Villa pour les vacances !

Villa magnifique et bien entretenue. Suffisamment d'espace pour accommoder toute la famille avec deux jeunes enfants et les grands-parents sans se piler sur les pieds. La salle à manger extérieure et la cours sont superbes, offrant une belle intimité avec les arbres autour de la piscine. Excellent service autant des propriétaires que de la gestionnaire. Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour !

Quand on arrive dans la villa Kokomo , nous sommes d’emblĂ©e Ă©merveillĂ©s par le magnifique jardin avec son palmier Bismarck Nobilis ( Merci Victoria 😅) et son arbre du voyageur đŸ€© la suite de la dĂ©couverte de notre villa n’est que du bonheur 
 propretĂ© des lieux , les chambres , le salon , la cuisine
 tout est amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t , le thĂšme couleur pour chacunes des chambres avec la petite touche dĂ©co qui fait la diffĂ©rence 😊 cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e comme il se doit et espace extĂ©rieur avec tout ce qu’il faut pour des vacances rĂ©ussies 👍 On sent que les propriĂ©taires ont Ă  cƓur de nous faire passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour chez eux et Olivia n’a pas manquĂ© de prendre des nouvelles pour savoir si tout allait bien

Tout Ă©tait vraiment parfait ! L'annonce est conforme Ă  la Villa qui est trĂšs belle, la dĂ©coration a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Tout le nĂ©cessaire est mis Ă  disposition pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. L'accueil et la disponibilitĂ© de Victoria sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. Vacances inoubliables

Notre sĂ©jour Ă  Villa Kokomo fut parfait! Victoria nous a gentiment et chaleureusement accueilli, et nous a offert de belles petites surprises (jus, punch et snacks). Elle fut toujours disponible et rĂ©pondait rapidement lorsque nous avions des questions. La villa est tout simplement magnifique et nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour le jardin et sa piscine. Prendre le petit cafĂ© tĂŽt le matin sur la terrasse Ă©tait l'un de mes moments favoris. Nos enfants ont eu un plaisir fou Ă  jouer dans la piscine. Merci Ă©galement Ă  Olivia qui a toujours rĂ©pondu Ă  mes questions et qui a Ă©tĂ© d'une grande gentillesse lors de nos Ă©changes. Il y a beaucoup d'activitĂ©s Ă  faire prĂšs de la Villa; mais je vous conseille fortement de visiter l'ile au complet. Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour ces endroits : Jardin Botanique de Deshaies, Plage de Grande Anse (on y a goĂ»tĂ© LE meilleur sorbet de coco ever!), Plage de Bois Jolan (prĂšs de Ste-Anne), Plage de Clugny (pour sa tranquilitĂ© et s'amuser dans les vagues) et la plage Ă  la Pointe des ChĂąteaux pour le snorkeling. On espĂšre pouvoir revenir Ă  Villa Kokomo un de ces jours! On s'ennuie dĂ©jĂ  d'ĂȘtre lĂ -bas... Marie-Pierre, Marc, Éthan, Jasmin, CamĂ©lia et Hubert (MontrĂ©al, Canada)

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines Ă  la Villa kokomo avec famille puis amis dans le cadre de l'arrivĂ©e de la mini-transat. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. PropriĂ©taire rĂ©active et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Virginie qui gĂšre la maison sur place a Ă©tĂ© top Ă©galement : a notamment attendu notre arrivĂ©e pendant prĂšs de 4h suite Ă  un problĂšme d'avion et a remplacĂ© le lave vaisselle en moins de 24h. Malheureusement de nombreux barrages durant notre sĂ©jour nous ont empĂȘchĂ© de visiter basse-terre depuis la villa, cependant malgrĂ© le contexte trĂšs compliquĂ© nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances et avons pu profiter de grande-terre / les saintes et petite terre depuis la villa.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à la villa Kokomo. La maison est fonctionnelle, il n'y manque rien.... piscine et extérieurs incroyables, table de ping-pong, suite parentale trÚs grande, espace "enfant" idéal avec la salle de bain entre chaque chambre. La cuisine est complÚte et permet de concocter de bon petits repas que l'on prends à l'extérieur biensur sur la terrasse. La décoration de ce lieu, à la fois sobre et originale, vous plongera directement dans une ambiance chaleureuse et tropicale. Tout est fait avec bon goût.... L'accueil de Virginie était trÚs chaleureux ainsi que le départ avec Delphine. Nous tenions à remercier Olivia et Simon qui ont été aux petits soins avant pendant et aprÚs notre séjour ! Des propriétaires parfaits. Odette la chatte va nous manquer ainsi que les iguanes qui n'ont rien raté de notre séjour. Nous aurions aimé garder cet endroit secret..... mais nous nous sentons obligés de vous dire : allez y les yeux fermés.... vous ne regretterez pas........

Villa Komomo is simply great!

Villa Kokomo is a wonderful place to relax. Everything is new, very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The room layout is great. The showers in the two bathrooms are perfect. The garden is ideally situated between the adjacent properties, you have real privacy. The pool is wonderful. We were lucky to meet our charming hosts in person, because they spent their holidays in their villa right after us. We would like to thank you, Olivia and Simon, for letting us be guests in your villa. A big thank you also to Virginie for the friendly welcome after the long journey and the delicious dinner on the first evening.

Die Aufteilung und RĂ€umlichkeiten der Villa sind perfekt , alles sehr sauber , sehr neu , modern und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich einfach nur wohlfĂŒhlen kann . Die Abende auf der wunderschön beleuchteten Terrasse und dem grandiosenPool haben wir sehr genossen und trĂ€umen schon jetzt vom nĂ€chsten Urlaub auf Guadeloupe in der Villa Kokomo ! La perle de St-François

Tomber en amour avec cette villa !!! vaste, propre, pratique, sécuritaire. Piscine de feu. Tout y est neuf !!! Plaque induction. Parking privé. AccÚs direct - le parking est à 3 mÚtres de la cuisine !!! Tranquille paisible. Wow. S'il fallait y trouver un défaut, le nord-américain carnivore en moi aurait aimé un BBQ à gaz. Certains jours les moustiques étaient présents - un appareil mural de controle serait un ajout intéressant. Merci Olivia et Simon pour l'accueil impeccable. Love from Canada.

Ti havre de paix...

Ah !!! La Villa KOKOMO... Comment vous dire !!! Nous nous y sommes retrouvĂ©s, ma femme et moi, pour nos vingt ans de mariage... Ce fut un vrai moment de bonheur, de dĂ©tente, de farniente, de moments simples dans cette maison qui vous Acceuil comme chez vous, le tout bercĂ© par les alizĂ©s que nous aimons tant. Soleil, piscine, jardin tropical, calme, proximitĂ© du bourd et des plages, dĂ©co choisie, literie et Ă©quipements de qualitĂ©, il ne manquait rien pour nous retrouver, mĂȘme les petites attentions de virginie Ă  l’arrivĂ©e (fruits, confiture et planteur au frais) y Ă©taient. Merci Ă  Simon et Olivia, nous nous sentions chez vous presque comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons en famille et recommanderons la villa Ă  nos amis sans hĂ©sitations.
