A spacious, one room studio, steps away from Oregon Beach. Located at the end of Main Street, with access to all that Cotuit has to offer; the cottage is nestled in a quiet, wooded property. The room is clean and bright, with all of the amenities that will make you feel relaxed and content after a day of exploring the Cape. It is equipped with a brand new kitchenette and washer/dryer. It has a queen bed and a comfortable pullout sofa.

This property offers easy access to many Cape attractions including: Mashpee Commons, The Cahoon Museum of American Art, Lowell Park, where the Cape Cod baseball League's Cotuit Kettleers play, Cotuit Center for the Arts, and day trips to the National Seashore and Provincetown. It is also conveniently located between Woods Hole and Hyannis where you can access the ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

We enjoyed our stay was a cozy,very clean house.Loved the screened porch,was also pet friendly.We only had to bring ourselves. All around the house was lots of trees very private also a beautiful area to walk very safe!

What a beautiful private area to relax in…. Cottage was wonderfully sunlit with all the skylights while also having a small forested site which was also just a short walk to a private beach….bed was super comfortable too! Super reasonable rates for the location and time of year!

We really enjoyed our trip to Cotuit and thought the beach house was excellent! The house was very clean, well-prepared, and had easy access to the beach while being surrounded by woods and trees! There was a very generous welcome basket, a nice binder with local activities and restaurants, and good parking. The area is very buggy so the complimentary Off bug-spray was a nice touch. Heather is very quick to reply to messages and very helpful. The screened in porch is a major highlight! I would absolutely recommend this house for a quiet, peaceful getaway that combines the best of cape cod with beaches, cute local activities, and nice woodlands Great host and property!!

It was a perfect place to stay for a vacation. Beautiful cottage and easy walk to the beach. Great place for quick day excursions to Boston, Salem, Hyannis, and Provincetown.

Heather was the best host! The gift basket was such a nice touch, and she went above and beyond by helping me arrange flowers for my wife for our 27th anniversary. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating.The property was nice and roomy, and the private beach was fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so we only got to enjoy it for a few hours. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still an easy drive to nearby towns and tourist attractions.The local corner store is cute and has lots of great food. Heather also provided a very helpful book with information about the area and restaurant recommendations.We spent most of our time on the screened-in porch, which was a great place to relax surrounded by the woods. There were plenty of mosquitoes, but Heather thoughtfully provided bug spray.The accommodations were comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and beach chairs and a cooler were available in the closet.One thing to note is that the property gets lots of natural light from the many windows and skylights. If you’re sensitive to light or don’t like early mornings, you may want to bring a sleep mask. It didn’t bother us, we loved having coffee in the sunroom every morning.We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Heather, for helping make our 27th anniversary special!

Wonderful location

The house was very clean and well-equipped and located a short walk from quiet and beautiful beach. We very much enjoyed our time on the beach and the quiet and cool mornings on the screened-in porch. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream and even caught a Cape Cod league game. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

A lovely and quiet stay in a large studio with A/C, fast internet, TV, and (most importantly in a rental property) a comfortable bed with a great firm mattress.

The cottage had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. It was tucked into the woods ...very quiet and private:) We were within walking distance of the beach. Heather was very accommodating and "easy in and out" instructions.

We had a great 10-day stay at the guest cottage. The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/cutlery/etc., and the location was ideal. We spent most of the visit on the screened-in porch, surrounded by trees and nature, or on the beach. The beach is a short walk and was never too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Our dog also really enjoyed peaceful walks on the private drives around the house. Looking forward to a return visit.
