Apartment in chalet ideally located, close to the ski slopes (less than 200 m from the ski school) and the village center). Comprising on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living dining room, two bedrooms with double beds, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds, mezzanine with sofa and TV corner, bathroom.
Mountain chalet ideally located, summer winter, very sunny, magnificent open view, near the center of a traditional village, 180m from the ski slopes. Easy access 30 minutes from the TGV (Oulx) (Paris at 4:30 am) and 1 hour 15 minutes from Turin-airport, including British Airways and Ryanair, by car through the Fréjus tunnel or Briançon. Private parking for 2 cars in winter. Start of ski lifts 3 minutes on foot. The village of Montgenèvre is located on the France / Italy border on the Milky Way, the third largest ski area in Europe. For lovers of summer hikes the village and the region offer an innumerable number of possibilities: from the village, from Briançon (GR5 passes through Montgenèvre Briançon), in the Névache valley at 10 km, or in the massif boxes 15/20 km away. Montgenèvre is also a renowned center for mountain biking with many specially designed circuits. 18 hole golf course straddling Claviere in Italy and Montgenèvre.
