Blue Marlin is a bayside condominium complex located directly on the canal on 120th Street. This four story building has an outdoor pool and elevator. Condo is located on fourth floor with absolutely gorgeous views of the canal and bay. Vaulted ceilings create open and large space in a comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo. Master bedroom has a queen bed and two twins in second bedroom. Living room has pull out queen couch. Washer and dryer located directly in laundry room in condo. One designated parking space for unit underneath building with additional parking outside. Large porch is wonderful for morning breezes and evening sunsets. Conveniently located to famous Crabcake Factory, WAWA, CVS and Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts and Greene Turtle, Shopping and many other places

Overall, great location and good communication with host. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Cleanliness was good overall, with exception of carpeted areas( dirty and stained) and some unclean dishes in the cabinets.

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this condo. It is comfortable, great location and feels like home. The owner is super friendly and has great communication. We will certainly be renting again.

If you like to be on the higher streets and don’t mind a short 7/8 minute walk to the beach this property is for you ! Host has excellent communication from booking to check out. There was an issue with the toilet upon check in and there was someone to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation despite Hurricane Erin. The condo building is on a bay inlet. Great location. Wawa and CVS are within walking distance. The front door is very close to the elevator. There are two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Enough room for personal space, especially for the older kids. Would book again.

Family would stay again. Comfy beds. Kitchen supplies stocked with all needs. Great layout, valuted ceilings are a bonus. Balcony space is wonderful, relaxing, nice furniture too. Pool is fantastic open 9 to 9. Appreciate a TV in both bedrooms. A/C kept all rooms cool. Communication with Property manager was easy, and super attentive!!Cleaning group does a good job cleaning counter tops, floors, bathrooms.

The location is perfect.. beautiful view of Bayside and boat dock from balcony..the table and chairs allowed for enjoying breakfast lunch or dinner outside. walking distance to wawa..CVS.. beach and grocery store. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Appliances a little outdated..but everything worked as it should. The pool was right below the condo, the elevator made getting to room and pool very easy. Very easy to connect with Host. Would recommend this place to couples or family with teens.

Great rental in a prime location. Clean, comfortable, and everything was in working condition. Listing was very accurate and all amenities were as promised. While it could use some updating, please note that everything was fully functional and more than adequate for our needs.

Perfect location and great host

This location was super close to shops, coffee, and the beach. Host was very communicative and responded to all questions quickly. We loved the outdoor space and view- definitely great to spend part of the work day out there! The family room was a great place to watch movies and hang out together. Spacious kitchen, clean bathrooms, and relaxing bedrooms- overall great place!

This is our third stay at this condo and it is a fantastic property. It has created an OC tradition for our family. Location is everything

Seriously such a great location in an area of OCMD that has tons to walk to and given the traffic at times, walking is the quickest way to travel. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. Condo has a nice layout, beds were comfy which is a huge plus, a/c worked great, and it was so helpful to have the washer and dryer. Ocean City retreat

Lovely stay in a very comfortable home. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the pool. Everything was close by- restaurants, shops, mini golf and go-karting. Accommodation was as described. Kitchen was more than adequate with many items and ample plates and cutlery. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The owner Anthony was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.
