This Historic Free Standing Home built in 1853 is conveniently Located in the Heart of the Historic District. On a quiet tree lined street in the premier section of Savannah's Historic District with lush, private courtyard.



The Space:

A unique experience awaits you at The Historic Tattnall House, offering the luxury and privacy of this historic home for 4 people with a lush, private courtyard!



Built in 1853, this beautiful 2 story brick home accommodates up to 4 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate dressing room, a lovely living room and adjoining dining room. Through the kitchen with it's original exposed brick wall you'll find the private courtyard and seating.



Tattnall House is located in one of the most beautiful sections of downtown near the famously appointed "America's Most Beautiful Street" Jones Street.



You are within walking distance to many of the famous attractions including: Forsyth Park, The Jepson Center for the Arts, shopping, historic tours and many restaurants including Mrs. Wilkes and The Crystal Beer Parlor.



NOTES:

Maximum occupancy is 4 people including infants/children, at ALL times.



No pets.



No smoking.



Minimum age of person reserving must be at least 25 years old, no exceptions.



NO PARTIES! NO Bachelorette/bachelor groups!!

This property is ideal for a romantic getaway. Nice quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to Forsyth Park. This was my second stay at this location and will book again.

THE perfect place for experiencing traditional Savannah

Fabulous very nearby (2-8 blocks) restaurants, coffee place. A true wonder for people who are less interested in the high-density of tourists waterfront version of Savannah. And that walled garden...!! My second time staying here and I wouldn't stay anyplace else.

Location was perfect. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Was within walking distance of many places. The sitting area to watch tv in the evening is not as comfortable as I would prefer but understand that the decor of the home kind of makes it that way. Overall our stay was perfect! This well done period townhouse has all of the modern amenities while making you feel like you have stepped back in time. One block away is "the most beautiful street in North America". Convenient to the downtown attrations of Savannah!
