La Maison du Lotus is ideally located between Ile Rousse and Calvi, 500 meters from the first beach, and 1.5 km from the beautiful turquoise beach of Ghjunchitu. Superb panoramic sea view from all the living rooms. Fully air conditioned, heated pool.
THE HOUSE
On one level, the villa opens onto a pretty glass entrance on both sides which offers a beautiful view of the sea. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to living room (oven, microwave, hob, extractor, fridge, etc.), TV lounge area.
To the left of the entrance:
• Master bedroom # 1 with 180cm bed, TV, bathroom with tub, separate toilet. Corner office.
In a separate building, with access via the pool side terrace:
• Bedroom # 2 with 180cm (or 2x90cm) bed, TV, shower room, separate toilet.
• Bedroom # 3 with 180cm (or 2x90cm) bed, TV, shower room, separate toilet.
• Bedroom # 4 with 180cm (or 2x90cm) bed, TV, shower room, separate toilet.
• Bedroom # 5 with 180cm (or 2x90cm) bed, TV, shower room, separate toilet. With independent external access.
Laundry area: 2nd fridge, washing machine, dryer.
THE GARDEN
14 x 4 meter heated infinity pool, secured by electric shutters. A large furnished wooden terrace extends the house. A pretty tree-lined garden offers a beautiful green space next to the terrace.

Air conditioning, high speed WIFI Internet, TV in each room.
Housekeeping 2 hours a day 6 days a week + exit cleaning.
