Welcome to 233 Cedar St! This unique beach cottage is located steps 75 yards from the beach, with ocean view and is next door to the King & Prince Resort. A nicely updated kitchen opens to a large dining room with seating for 8 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious living room centered around the fireplace and large 55" HD TV with views of the Atlantic Ocean! Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, there are 3 bedrooms with two master suites, one upstairs, and one downstairs, both with King sized beds. The third bedroom has 2 Twin sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The private pool offers a spacious patio area perfect for poolside fun.

This wonderful vacation rental is in the perfect location on St. Simons Island to walk to restaurants, shopping, and only steps from the beach! Located less than 1 mile from the St. Simons Village, Neptune Park, Pier, and Lighthouse.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc are not permitted.

Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Pool can be heated for $30/day with a minimum 24 hour notice

Everything is nice just a couple of issues - sink in 1st floor bedroom did not drain properly; could not find a switch to turn on the ceiling fan in the 1st floor bedroom. Kleenex in the bathrooms would have been nice

Perfect

The house is fantastic. Large living room and dinning room.; enough for a large family, also great for a couple and their extra canine family member. Closed in backyard. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic. Quiet area. Cute salt water pool that can be heated. Everything you need is on hand including numerous beach accesses to a wide, beautiful beach. Maintenance are right around the corner if they are needed. Will we return? Oh yeah!

Beautiful Beach Spot

We loved St. Simon Island and the location of this property- it was a short walk to the beach and our girls swam in the pool multiple times each day. We found the house clean and well appointed, and loved the close walk to multiple restaurants in the evening too.
