Seventh Heaven, a classic beach house located in the desirable East Beach neighborhood on Saint Simons Island has been a favorite for many repeat vacationers. The Atlantic Ocean and its sandy beaches are just steps away. The scenic Marshes of Glynn and its abundant wildlife are a short walk away. The village area of Saint Simons teems with award winning restaurants, shops and nightlife. Visitors flock to the fishing pier, historic lighthouse and the new "Fun Zone" water park. May we suggest renting a moped, golf cart or bike to get around. This casual cottage, Seventh Heaven features a generous deck with new screen porch adjoining an inviting swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping. Enjoy relaxing in the new Screen Porch Pool Pavilion equipped with a big screen TV. Inside each sunny bedroom features a TV with cable. A private screen porch is located off of the spacious upstairs master and an adjoining alcove features a day bed and master bath with shower. Enjoy making meals and the updated kitchen with new, state of the art appliances. The kitchen has many additional comfort appliances like a blender, K-Cup coffee maker, and regular coffee maker for your convenience. Seventh Heaven will be your favorite beach home for many years to come. Relax! Swim! Bike! Kite! Golf! Fish! Crab! Kayak! and Enjoy!

Summer Vacation

We absolutely love and appreciate the laid back Georgia coast, and this house was perfect for our family of 5. We had all the amenities of home and loved its proximity to the beach and all of the excellent restaurants in the area.

We had a great time at Seventh Heaven! The pool and proximity to the beach made it so easy to have lazy, unplanned vacation days. The kids also loved the freedom they had to be able to ride their bikes without parents having to worry so much about traffic. We loved the charm of the older home. Not some new construction, greige, charmless house, but a fun home full of character!

The property exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful and had old beach house charm. We found everything we needed. We were most pleasantly surprised by the beautiful walk to the beach and the feel of a private beach. We will definitely be returning!

Mold galore

It is such a great location but needs updating. As a person who is very sensitive to mold, there was visible mold in and around every air vent. The downstairs bathroom had mold in the ceiling above the shower that was painted over but starting to show through. This property was double the price of the one we had booked and much more dated.

Memorial Day 2021

We had a great time staying in 7th Heaven. The location was great - I recommend taking the 6th street beach access vs 7th. Loved this separate sun room and all the outdoor seating. We ate most of our meals outside. So nice to have a pool of our own. There were lots of pool and beach toys to borrow and a game closet I didn’t discover til the last day. Kitchen is on the smaller side but it’s not a vacation for me if I’m cooking - so it was fine for us! Great location to ride bikes and close enough to the Pier Village shopping and restaurants - quick drive, plenty of parking. Great family vacation!! We love SSI East Beach.

Great Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7th Heaven. The house was clean, close to the beach, had an amazing pool, a really cool outside cabana next to the pool, and plenty of room for our 8 guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of taking a vacation on St. Simons Island!

Wonderful Stay!

What a great property!! Host left clear notes on how to treat the property as well as a guide to the island so there was no need to call property manager with questions. Beach was extremely close and fine for the kids to walk to (9 and 12 years old). Kids could not get enough of the pool and with having it in viewing distance to the best screened in porch I have ever seen it meant adults could do their own thing while still keeping an eye on the littles. Would recommend!

Great House and Amazing Outdoor Spaces

We had a wonderful experience with our stay here. The screened porch and pool areas were the highlight of the property for us. The house was clean and bright, and very well stocked and had everything we needed. We did find we could not use the beach access point at 7th, it seemed very overgrown with a lot of mosquitoes. We opted to walk down to the area with parking and it worked out very nicely, that walk was very doable for our family.

The Best House for a Fam/Friends Trip

We had the best week at this property. The home itself was bright, cheery and clean. The outdoor spaces were to die for. So many places to relax and enjoy one another's company not to mention the pool which truly made this one of the best beach trips we've ever done. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beach is a bit of a walk with young kids, so we tried to pack a lunch and not forget anything so we could avoid going back and forth. The beach was beautiful and because the beach access is just for 7th street, people were really spread out and we didn't have to worry at all about social distancing.
