About this property

Refreshingly updated townhouse freshly painted with soothing colors and new island style furnishings, this condo is located in the heart of St. Simons Island. It’s located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute bike ride to the St. Simons Pier Village, and Neptune Park. The Village offers a variety of great shops, and many amazing restaurants offering a variety of delicious seafood, and southern flavors. We have provided a detailed information book for your convenience, an included a list of our favorite dining spots throughout the island.

This property comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed, and offers a nice view overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds, each with new Euro Top mattresses. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa large enough for 2 guests. There are 3 flat screen televisions with a choice of 74 HD channels – one in the living room, and one in each bedroom. Free Wi-Fi internet access, DVD players and board games are also provided your entertainment. The open kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils. The dining area has seating for six. The shaded patio has a new Weber charcoal grill, and is only steps away from the pool, covered game and gathering area, and laundry facility.

All linens, towels and cookware are provided. *Please bring your own beach towels. The Housekeeping fee includes: paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, hand soap, bath soap, and trash bags.

Great little place close to East Beach

My family of 5 (3 kids under 8 and 2 parents) really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the coast guard parking for East Beach (we drove, but you could walk if your group is older than ours). The kitchen is definitely small/tight, but the owners have done a great job of labeling everything, and it is well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals in. Great location, slightly older, but no complaints!

Condo near east coast marshes and beach

Apart from the rainy weather our stay was wonderful. The condo was a short walk from the beach and some great restaurants and bars. I loved my early morning walks along the beach at low tide and watching the birds “crabbing” in the marshes. The condo was comfortable with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. I just wished the kitchen area was a little larger as I like to cook when I am away. However, it was well stocked despite its size.

August Golf Trip

We loved that the condo is a short walk to the beach. The pool, ping pong table, and corn hole at the condo complex are wonderful for our family. You can walk right out the back door to the pool. We loved that all the bedrooms had a television so that you could watch what you wanted. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to all the golf courses, restaurants, and pier.
