Spacious townhouse style condo; nicely renovated. Great south end location! Enjoy a short walk, bike ride, or pile into your car to either East Beach, Massengale Park, Neptune Park, Gould's Inlet, or to the Village area. Lots of great restaurants, shopping, more parks, fishing, golf, museums, nightlife and attractions are nearby.
This cozy condo has free internet. The fantastic fenced pool is just beyond the patio with a covered gathering and game room area including corn hole and table tennis.
The downstairs has a comfortable living room equipped with a TV, sleeper sofa, a half bath, and an equipped kitchen. The back opens to a wonderful shady outdoor area, including the private patio.
Upstairs, the furnished master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom has both a queen-sized and twin-sized bed. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms.
Your well-behaved mature furry canine family member is welcome to join you! Pet Fee: $150 for 1 and $225 for two
Enjoy the many fun and interesting activities nearby, or just kick back on the porch or at the pool under the beautiful Live Oak trees.
Linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter quantity of paper towels, toilet tissue and soaps. Guests are requested to supply your own beach towels and beach chairs.
Central laundry and folding facility is located right next door. How convenient!
The complex pool is open from the first weekend in May until the final week of October.

When going to use some of the dishes, we had to wash them as they were dirty but otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Condo with plenty of room. Condo had all amenities needed. We did bring our own Keurig. Great location close to restaurants, grocery, beach, trails, etc. Comfortable bed in master, we did not use secondary bedroom. We definitely would stay here again.

Property was clean. Good layout. TV in master bedroom did not work. It needed an upgrade. Sad ,we really enjoy watching later night TV in bed.

Extremely clean, perfect location
Overall the townhome was incredibly clean and tidy. The location was perfect for East Beach as well as going into downtown to the pier and local shops/restaurants. However, the property does not have drinking water so be prepared to either get a filtered pitcher or buy packs of water bottles. Also, the “starter supplies” they provide for you will last one day. You will have to buy trash bags, laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, and misc things you would hope to find in a junk drawer. I had a wonderful stay otherwise- the king bed is so comfortable and the townhome complex is quiet.

Our rental agreement contains a section on the starter supplies, letting you know we provide the the following items: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 1 sponge, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (1 per half bathroom), 2 bars of soap per bathroom (1 per half bathroom), 1 trash bag per trash can. Guests are responsible for providing any of these items beyond what is provided. This property does not have a filtered water dispenser in the fridge, but we will suggest to the owner about supplying a filtered pitcher for future guests to use. At this time, the property is without filtered drinking water. We would love to get the chance to host you again in the future!

Beautiful Island to retreat to
I’m going to be honest here because hubby and I have stayed at MANY VRBOs. I booked this unit because we planned a quick getaway and property was quite affordable. The condo unit itself was the perfect size. The grounds and pool were nestled in a beautiful yard area. We were in great walking, biking proximity to the beach as well. You can bike anywhere with ease which is a plus! Highly recommend them! Why we didn’t give five stars is as follows. The two bathroom sinks (very dated) were so low even for me to bend over. Hubby is super tall and it was quite a nuisance for him. Shower head water pressure was bad esp. for washing hair, took a long time to rinse out. The carpeting leading to second floor and both bedrooms are very, very dirty. The furniture for the most part is so dated. We were asked to take sheets off before we left and were surprised to see a ripped foam mattress topper with no mattress pad underneath. There was a huge closet with zero hangers to use. The kitchen should have a few basic items like sugar salt pepper coffee filters, not many visitors come prepared with that. The two cushions on the chairs in the patio were sitting in water so you couldn’t use them and the patio itself could have been blown of debris as well. It was such a great area I wanted to enjoy it. The management company was AWESOME, keeping us updated throughout our entire stay! You can enjoy this unit, don’t get me wrong. Just wish it were more updated.

The condo was in the perfect location for our visit to be able to go shopping, dine in lots of restaurants and also go into Brunswick. Highly recommend! The pool and ping pong were great as well!
We had a wonderful time. My husband doesn't like to vacation or travel much, but he just raved about what a nice time he was having, and loved being in a home vs. a hotel! He was truly relaxed and happy!
the area is like stepping back in time. the condo was excellent just as described! the pool was nice. it's in a great location to beaches and stores. overall wonderful visit.
This condo was easy to get to, centralized to beech’s, restaurants and the pier area. Was concerned about the airport being so close but could barely hear the small planes taking off or landing mostly during the day while in the pool. Will be back again for some R and R soon.
