About this property

A cosy 2 room, one bedroom apartment with a million dollar view. Large outdoor deck overlooking the South Fork of the New River and towards Elk Knob. Rustic queen bed and two bunk beds in the main room. Kitchenette with toaster oven, microwave and a mini fridge. Deck chairs to enjoy the sunset view as well as a fire pit for s'mores after dark. In the bottom floor of our home. Completely segregated from the main house with a private entrance and parking.

You have the entire lower level of the house to yourself, including a washer and dryer. The unit is decorated in a rustic cabin feel.
Each season has their own magic!
Spring days bring warm weather and fresh leaves and flowers.
During the summer months you will be enthralled with the antics of ruby throated hummingbirds and sung to sleep by tree frogs.
This summer we are complementing our guests with a two hours of tubing in the beautiful New River ( south fork ) when you booked a two days or more stay.
The fall offers a leaf peepers dream views all around.
And winter can be just as enchanting and exciting.

Hidden Gem

Loved our weekend stay. House is a little bit out of the way but is perfect for a mountain country get away. The cleanliness and amenities exceeded my expectations. 5-stars for the shower alone. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful property and Great hosts!

Me and a bud stayed for veterans day weekend to explore the area. Our hosts were more than accommodating and the property was super cozy with a wonderful view. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Serene beautiful view of mountains and river. Tastefully decorated with rustic decor and all the essentials were available in kitchen and bathroom. It was the perfect location to visit on our first mother daughter trip to Boone.
