The owner just purchased this condo summer 2019! This unit has never been on rental and seems like brand new inside! All new furnishing with the spectacular view make this your perfect vacation spot!
This complex is located near everything! You could walk to the Dierbergs grocery! The view from the deck across the Grand Glaize Arm is the popular Dog Days restaurant and bar!
From the parking lot there is one flight of steps up or the elevator is just across from the front door. This is in building 6 which is next to the beautiful main pool of the Lands End complex. There is another lazy river pool on the other side of the complex.
Walking in the front door the master bedroom is to the left. A huge walk in closet with full bath and queen sized bed. Across the hall is the other master style bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and door to the shower hall bath.
The open living room and kitchen give this condo a spacious feel. The counter has seating for 4 as well as seating for 4 at dining area table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your extended stay. There is a full sized washer and dryer behind the double doors.
The living room has full and double leather sofas for maximum comfort with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace.
Two sliding glass doors off the kitchen and living room open this unit to the large covered deck with an extraordinary view!
Up to 6 guests may sleep in this unit, accommodations provided for 4 by the 2 queen beds and 2 twin roll-away beds.

Perfect location in Osage beach

I used to own a condo at this same property and I can’t say enough good things about lands end and the convenience of the location by car and water. I booked this condo last minute and was very surprised it was still available. The host was super nice and also had a boat slip available for us to rent, the slip was a ways from the condo but it was fine, we just drove our car over to it. The condo was clean and inviting and great view! My only complaint is the beds were a bit uncomfortable and could use some upgrading and same with the pillows and maybe make 1 room at least a king size bed. I would book this condo again and would recommend it to friends.

Ok but a few disappointments

The overall condo building and condo itself was nice. Previous renters took the parking pass so we had no parking pass to use. The ceiling fans were really dirty. One in the bedroom made a bad noise so we couldn’t use it. The tub was dirty when we arrived and then we found it didn’t drain properly so you stood in water and had to wait a while for the next person to be able to shower. Be prepared that their starter pack is one garbage bag and enough for each guest to get one bath towel and washcloth. The beds were very uncomfortable and obvious sheets were very old and not in the best condition. The coffee maker also didn’t work well. It took forever and left coffee grounds in your coffee so we made coffee runs every morning.

Wonderful weekend

We loved the condo. Grill needed to be cleaned before we arrived. Towel bar in the hall bathroom was broken and only one hook/side was in the wall. As well, you need to look at the toilet in that bathroom is loose (not bad but is not tight don’t want you to have issues on the future).

Nice Place

It was a great location, tons of good restaurants within minutes. The condo was very clean, and had a great view from the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again.
