About this property

Remodeled Ledges Lakefront 2BR Condo! No Steps. Walk-In Unit w/ WiFi.

Newly remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo at the popular Ledges Condominiums. Outstanding lakefront view with visibility to the main channel. This is a walk-in unit so no need to climb all those stairs. The unit comes fully furnished with recliners, sofa and beds. Enjoy the weather and great view from the lakeside deck. The condo also includes free WiFi. The Ledges complex has a fantastic location in the center of the lake. Dining, shopping, golf, hiking and grocery stores are all just minutes away.

We have a covered 10 x 30 boat slip that is also available upon request for $15 per night. The slip is located in the dock right next to the building so the walk down is short. No trailer parking on site.

For the golfers out there Lake of the Ozarks is the Midwest's premier golf destination. The Lake of the Ozarks golf trail consists of 13 fantastic courses all within driving distance.

Being in the heart of Osage Beach puts you near all the best shops, activities and restaurants that the lake has to offer.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lift the bar on the ice maker, flip the breaker off for the hot water heater and close the water valve to the hot water heater.
Return parking passes to the counter.
Make sure sun shade is rolled back up. Make sure windows and sliding door is shut.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flame on the deck. (Candle, Tiki Torches, Citronella Candle) No hanging towels from the deck railing. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Maximum and minimum thermostat controls are in place. I can't believe I have to write this but do not use heat or AC with the windows open.
If you use the sunshade or open windows please roll the shade back up and close the windows before you leave. No throwing items off of deck.

Great Stay

Our stay way great! My husband and I traveled with two of our kids, 13 and 14 years old. It was the perfect size for our family. We particularly enjoyed the view and watching the ducks and turtles every day. The location was convenient for our teenagers to walk to either of the pools. I also appreciated the kitchen and accessible washer and dryer. I was able to wash softball uniforms and feed our family easily. I also appreciated the parking and front door access. We were able to have groceries delivered with no problems. Overall, I would stay here again if we returned to Lake of the Ozarks.

Location was ideal for our group. The option of two pools and beach access to swim in the lake is great. Unit was very clean and gave you a feeling of comfort at the lake. My name is Corey Mathis. My wife and I were able to live out one of our dreams when we purchased our Ledges condo. Now we have a home away from home in a location we both love. When renting from us I want you to know that this is our only property. You have my undivided attention. I'm not some big property manager that wants to get you in and out and move on to the next person. My only goal is to make sure you have the most enjoyable vacation possible.

Why they chose this property

The Ledges has what I believe to be the best location on the lake. You're never too far away from anything. It's also the most popular complex on the lake and one that my family has been vacationing at for years.

This condo has everything you could want. It's got the lake front views from the deck. It's a walk-in unit meaning you won't have to walk up or down several flights of stairs to get to the unit.
