Walk in level from the parking lot! Book our condo for 1 week and get the boat slip free!!!!

You will be very comfortable in our nicely furnished 2 bedroom and 2 Bath condo.
We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached bath w/Cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with direct access to the second full bath.(Cable TV) We also have a Queen size sofa Sleeper in livingroom. We have a full- size washer & dryer for those extended stays.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot, toaster, plenty of pots/pans and bakeware. Enjoy our deck while enjoying your favorite beverage.

We have a spacious deck with a great view of the cove & main channel. Beautiful lake view to enjoy while cooking and watch the breathtaking sunsets.

This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 20 1/2 MM near all the activities. We are centrally located to the Outlet Mall or visit one of the many fun boutiques. Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles. The Celebration Dinner Cruise is only 5 miles from the condo.

May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes.

The Ledges is the only complex that has 2 POOLS and a SANDY BEACH AREA - Great for kids and Adults!

Spring Stay

The condo is very comfortable, clean, and has a great view. It is a nice place to kayak in one of the quieter inlets, but you can see the main channel and take a boat out there too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome stay

We came up to stay for a fishing tournament that my husband, his fishing partner, and our children fish. The accommodations absolutely wonderful we love having the convenience of a boat slip. The condo was extra clean and amazing stay and communication was prompt

This is our third time staying in this condo and we have loved it each time. Very clean and perfect location at The Ledges. We never had any issues where we even needed to contact the property manager during our stay. Will definitely be renting this one again!

Baseball Tournament

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and it was in a perfect location for us between both venues that we played at. Mornings were perfect on the deck looking out over the lake enjoying our morning coffee. The condo is located close to just about anything you may want or want to do. The neighborhood was nice and no issues and was close to activities and eats. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit the Lake.

Nice place & great spot

We would definitely stay here again. Overall the place was absolutely wonderful. There are a few things that need addressed. Front BR ceiling fan had no light pull chain. Had to unscrew bulbs to run at night. MBR ceiling fan was so noisy it was impossible to run at night. Both bath tubs are very slick & need mats. Balcony door to MBR does not lock.

Oh Yes Osage Beach

Very nice accommodations, especially well stocked kitchen. Central location made it ideal to quickly get to many of the local attractions. Boat dock was not available, but would have been handy with the weather being beautiful. Neighbors directly above us were very inconsiderate and certainly did not adhere to the quiet hours policy. Shouting and swearing at all hours of the night and into early morning hours. Overall, a very nice rental and we will return.

The building manager was great we just had a shortage of supplies. The sofa was horrible all broke down. Not sure what was going on with the bedding a blanket anf and towel coming out from under mattress. We took some pics. Hot water heater quit working but the manager responded fast thanks.

This units needs alot of updating. Ceiling fans need to work properly. Cleanliness was a concern as found food under cushions of love seat. Difficulty regulating AC to stay at one temperature.

Cute but Fell Short

Property was as listed but there was construction going on that we were not aware of which made access to the property difficult. We parked our boat trailer on the 3rd level as directed and the construction crew blocked us in with materials. Bedding in one of the rooms was covered with leaves and debris. No information was given as to boat ramps to put our boat in the lake. No parking passes were given and the property manager did not respond when asked about them. But we came in off-season so that might not have been an issue. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for a short weekend get away.
