The Space:
This oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom has a king bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Step out onto the private balcony from the living space to enjoy ocean breezes and views of the boardwalk. The condo also includes Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels for your convenience.

Guests have access to a variety of shared amenities, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, coin-operated laundry, and one reserved parking space. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring Virginia Beach, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed this rental property. The view is amazing, and it is as close to the beach as possible. The indoor pool and hot tub offered a nice way out of the sun for a bit, and there is so much available to do within easy walking distance. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

I loved that we were right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the view and fresh salt water smells. It was just what my husband and I needed.

This place is overlooking the beach and convenient

All rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean. This place is right on the boardwalk and there are several eateries on walking distance. The portion of the beach where this place is located is not too crowded. Hotel and clean and well kept. There are enough spoons, forks cooking utensils, cleaning supplies. Here are few things to keep in mind though. 1. If you are a timeshare guest, parking on not on premises. It is across the street at 9th street garage with $10 per day parking fee. The property will give you an unlimited in and out pass for the parking garage. 2. For timeshare guests there is no room service. But you are allowed to exchange your towels etc.

Check room before you unpack

When we arrived the check in process was great and the people were very friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor next to he pool. The photos on Vrbo showed a balcony. Thankfully the AC didn’t work and we were moved to different room. The closing of the pool door, non-draining shower and being on the first floor was awful. The next room was much better. The front desk included breakfast due to the move. It was not a good breakfast.

Great Place to stay

This property was close to everything. Great location on the boardwalk. Size of the room was perfect for my husband and I. Master bed was very comfortable. Amenities for the resort were fine. Continental breakfast needs work. We paid for the breakfast service but sorry to say, it was not worth the money we paid.
