Directly on the Boardwalk and Oceanfront Property!! VA Beach is a great option anytime of the year with restaurants and activities to keep days adventurous and fun.

This one-bedroom unit is perfect for a romantic getaway, or a weekend of adventure. Virginia Beach has it all - sandy beach, adventure, culture, dining, and history. You are within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the completely renovated, heated indoor pool, and updated exercise equipment. Our hot tub even has a great view which is perfect if the weather is cooler.

Appreciate the fantastic view from your living area or patio overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Equipped with a mini kitchen boasting a full-sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, essential cookware, and dishes. Sleep comfortably in your king size bed in a spacious room with plenty of storage. The living area sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa allowing for a maximum of 4 people. Includes linens, towels, and free high speed wireless internet.

We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies.

A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding!

We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.

Barclay Towers is a fantastic accommodation choice for many reasons. We have a great reputation with many guests making a return stay. This is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen here offers full-size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have.

Beach Time

I loved that we were right on the beach. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the view and fresh salt water smells. It was just what my husband and I needed.

Beautiful Stay

We really enjoyed this rental property. The view is amazing, and it is as close to the beach as possible. The indoor pool and hot tub offered a nice way out of the sun for a bit, and there is so much available to do within easy walking distance. 10/10 would recommend and visit again!

This place is overlooking the beach and convenient

All rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean. This place is right on the boardwalk and there are several eateries on walking distance. The portion of the beach where this place is located is not too crowded. Hotel and clean and well kept. There are enough spoons, forks cooking utensils, cleaning supplies. Here are few things to keep in mind though. 1. If you are a timeshare guest, parking on not on premises. It is across the street at 9th street garage with $10 per day parking fee. The property will give you an unlimited in and out pass for the parking garage. 2. For timeshare guests there is no room service. But you are allowed to exchange your towels etc.

Check room before you unpack

When we arrived the check in process was great and the people were very friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor next to he pool. The photos on Vrbo showed a balcony. Thankfully the AC didn’t work and we were moved to different room. The closing of the pool door, non-draining shower and being on the first floor was awful. The next room was much better. The front desk included breakfast due to the move. It was not a good breakfast.
