Villa Ker Eole is a renovated family house. The interiors are spacious. The house has on the ground floor a very large living room of 100 m2 which opens directly onto the terrace and the large garden of 1300 m2. The living room consists of an entrance, a double living room, and a dining room. The kitchen of 25m2 approximately, with central island, opens on the dining room and the terrace.

The marine-inspired decoration immerses you even more in the marine and sports spirit of the Trinité-sur-Mer.

A garden furniture, a large garden table and barbecue are available. The terrace and garden feature night lighting and electric extra heating. Parking for 2 big cars.

The house is equipped with a heat pump for heating and air conditioning.

Linens, towels and bath towels are provided. The beds are ready just before your arrival. A full departure cleaning is included in the rental regardless of the length of stay.

Villa Ker Eole is located in a residential area, in a quiet, secure environment, close to the bustling port all year round with its shops and numerous restaurants. The situation is excellent for a family or sporting stay during which you will appreciate the displacements on foot or by bicycle (8 bicycles available), as well for your races as to join your boat on the port, to go to the nautical company (SNT) or to the beach. The thalassotherapy Carnac is 10 minutes drive from the house.

You will be able to appreciate in the surroundings: the Gulf of Morbihan, with its islands, its excursions in boat, its picturesque villages, Vannes and its historical inheritance, Carnac and its astonishing megaliths, the Peninsula of Quiberon and its splendid Wild Coast .. .
