Il posto e' tranquillo e l'appartamento e' carino e fedele alle immagini anche se palesemente non abitato da tempo (le bolle d'aria nei tubi ne sono la prova) e avrebbe richiesto un po' piu' di pulizia. Pasteggiare al tavolo in piu' di 2 persone potrebbe essere problematico. Portatevi i coltelli da casa. The place is quiet and the flat is nice as described, although a better cleaning would have been needed being unoccupied since long time (bubbles in water pipes are the evidence). The table could be quite uncomfortable for more the 2 people. Bring your own cutlery.

Impressione assolutamente positiva, l'appartamento non era affittato da qualche tempo probabilmente anche a causa delle limitazioni dell'ultimo anno dovute alla pandemia, per cui c'era qualcosina che mancava al nostro arrivo, ma la persona incaricata dalla proprietaria di gestire il check-in e il check-out è stata estremamente disponibile e solerte nell'aiutarci. L'appartamento è spazioso (trovo solo un po' ingombranti i due divani in soggiorno, secondo me ne basterebbe solamente uno, ma noi siamo riusciti a trovare comunque una quadra per mangiare comodamente le poche volte che ci siamo fermati in appartamento) e comodo, mancano forse dei ripiani negli armadi per poter sistemare i bagagli in modo ordinato. Nessun problema di parcheggio, la zona è tranquilla e il vicinato anche. La piscina è molto carina e comoda, ci abbiamo passato solo un'oretta con i bambini perché noi preferiamo decisamente il mare e girare le spiagge e le meraviglie che la terra calabrese può offrire. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Appartamento corrispondente a quanto offerto. Assistenza perfetta. Il mare è favoloso! I dintorni offrono tantissimo con paesi ricchi di tradizioni e molto caratteristici. Cibo eccezionale. Atmosfera familiare per un vero relax. Da consigliare.

Tutto come da descrizione!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ben accessoriato. Posizione non lontana dal mare, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina. Unico suggerimento che mi permetto di dare e' di dotare se possibile il terrazzo di una tenda. Il sole batte già di primo mattino e questo non consente di sfruttarlo. Bella e pulita la piscina.

Hi my name is Kath and my family and I bought this fantastic 3 bedroom apartment before it was even built. We saw the plans and the area and fell in love with it. My family and I live in England but we try and get out to Caulonia as often as we can. We have had the most amazing family holidays over the years and now my sons are growing up they are planning to go out and holiday with friends.

Why they chose this property

The location of the apartment is wonderful. Its easy to get to all the local amenities on foot but you have access to a car then you can travel across the area which is gorgeous and really unspoilt.

What makes this property unique

There is nothing quite like sitting out on the balcony as the sun goes down with views across to the sea. The pool is wonderful and a must for families - we provide sun loungers to use by the pool for a relaxing afternoon beside the pool.
