Living area has sofa bed and futon, UPDATED Xfinity internet & cable with access to any & all channels. 4th floor Balcony from living area with sliders has view of beach and bay has 2 tables & 4 chairs. Parking permit for two cars. (building has covered and uncovered parking). Outdoor shower. A/C and heat. Just steps from the beach and Castle in the Sands. Linens are provided but bring your own paper products. Fully equipped Kitchen has Keurig coffee pot, dinnerware, utensils, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, elec range. Refrig with icemaker Beach chairs are included. Stack Washer & Dryer. Walk to the many restaurants and boardwalk.

This place felt more like staying in someone’s well loved beach home than a typical VRBO. The location was definitely the best part. It’s just steps from the beach, and the balcony was a great spot to sit and enjoy the ocean view. For an oceanside place, we thought it was a great value.The home has clearly been well loved over the years, but if you’re looking for an affordable place in a fantastic location, it’s a solid choice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to the beach.

The property was very clean and the owners made finding the location for parking and arrival very easy. I was attending a conference at the convention center and the condo was only a few blocks away so, super convenient.I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect beach getaway in an amazing location! Steps from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Joan was such a lovely host, so sweet! We will definitely be back!

A cute place steps from the beach

Check-in was easy, the place had beautiful decor We were within walking distance of some of places we wanted to go and the area around was relatively quiet . My dad and I went for the 4th of July and could see multiple firework shows from the balcony.

Airshow and fishing. A Veterans dream weekend.
