Apartment renovated in 2021, in a chalet atmosphere. Located in a residence built in 1982 in the center of La Clusaz. At the foot of the ski slopes and ski lessons. 400 m from the leisure base in summer. Walking access to all amenities, shops, ice rink in winter, departure of ski slopes, hiking. View of the Beauregard massif. South exposure. Quiet.

ENTRANCE: (PVC floor) wardrobe-closet, with MOUNTAIN CORNER, 9.42 m2, 2 bunk beds (80), a glazed sliding door separates the entrance from the living room,

LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 14.16 m2, 1 RAPIDO SOFA 2 persons (160), flat screen television, living room table, a south bay, French window leading to a south balcony 5.45 m2, garden furniture, view of the slopes and mountains,

EQUIPPED KITCHEN: sink, 3-plate ceramic hob, hood, grill-microwave combo, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with preservation (110 l), capsule and filter coffee maker, raclette/pierrade appliances, elements with all necessary kitchen items,

BATHROOM: (tiled floor) 2.56 m2, shower, washbasin, hair dryer, independent toilet.

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.



Services not included:

- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on-site.

- Arrival outside of opening hours

- Credit card deposit upon key handover (500€)

- Rental of sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels: email sent 20 days before arrival to order linen (order to be placed no later than 10 days before arrival).

Appartement bien rĂ©novĂ© et bien situĂ©. Bien agencĂ©. Le nouveau canapĂ© lit est trĂšs confortable. A recommander sans hĂ©sitation Petits axes d amĂ©liorer:1/ changer 2 des 4 coussins (ces 2 coussins sont en fin de vie et ce n est pas une question de goĂ»t ni d habitude) et 2/ un petit store occultant devrait ĂȘtre installĂ© sur la porte coulissante qui sĂ©pare la partie jour de la partie nuit pour permettre aux personnes dormant cĂŽtĂ© nuit de ne pas ĂȘtre rĂ©veillĂ©es par la lumiĂšre provenant de la partie jour

DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, le personnel de l'accueil Alpes Immobilier s'est montrĂ© trĂšs accueillant. La jeune fille qui nous a tout expliquĂ© Ă©tait incroyablement gentille. Quant au studio, il ressemble en tout point aux photos. Il est au calme, parfaitement situĂ©. La vue est juste magnifique. A deux pas de toutes les commoditĂ©s, nos deux ados Ă©taient Ă  moins de 5 mn Ă  pied des activitĂ©s (piscine, luge, tĂ©lĂ©siĂšge...). L'appartement Ă©tait propre et la cuisine contient tous les Ă©lĂ©ments essentiels. Le parking est dans le sous sol du chalet ce qui est un vrai plus. Un coup de coeur. Nous reviendrons. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Seul petit bĂ©mol pour dire quelque chose: la machine a cafĂ© Ă  dosettes dont l'eau doit ĂȘtre vidĂ©e entre chaque tasse sinon elle fuit. C'est vraiment insignifiant car Ă  part ça: TOP

Vacances excellentes

L'agence de location au top. Petit problÚme avec la télévision. Celle-ci remplacer dÚs le lendemain. L'emplacement de l'appartement est super. L'appartement est trÚs confortable et trÚs bien équipé, avec une vue superbe sur la montagne. La décoration de l'appartement est super chaleureux. Les transports et commerces à moins de 2min c'était super. La voiture est restée dans le garage privé.
