About this property

Renovated apartment LA CLUSAZ - ski in, ski out

We rent a duplex of about 60 m2 with balcony that enjoys a beautiful view of the Massif de l'Etale (cf. Photo). It is located 1.1 km from the center of the village (ski-bus nearby). Ideally located very quiet and 150m from the green slope L'Envers (with direct access to ESF / ESI rallies and gondolas in 3 minutes to ski), it consists of:
- A living room with corner sofa (sleeps 2), dining table and access to the balcony and upstairs (secured by a removable barrier)
- a new fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, mini oven, dishwasher and washing machine
- a shower room
- separate toilet
- a children's room of 9m² approximately on the first level, with bunk beds (sleeps 3) and cupboards
- upstairs, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a large master bedroom with new bed 160, cot, dresser and closet.

All you need for a pleasant stay is at your disposal: wifi included, flat screen, baby chair, cot, baby-cook, nespresso, mattress, pillows and duvets for all beds.
Sheets and towels to predict (possible rental at Pressing des Aravis in the center of the village).
Apartment on the 3rd and last floor, with elevator (to the 2nd), ski locker and closed box.

Comfortable apartment with ski in ski out access

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with kitchen ware. The apartment is just a 3 min walk to the l’envers ski hill. A great spot for a family holiday.
