Luxury apartment in the village center

Our 85 m² apartment is fully renovated with high-quality materials.

It is close to the Church Square, shops, and just a 3-minute walk from the ski lifts and ski lessons at Champs Giguet.

The apartment has an east/west exposure. It offers beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and picturesque chalets.

It can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and ample storage in each room.

- The large through room consists of a living room and a dining/kitchen area that is fully equipped. A small balcony offers a view of the stream and the mountains. You will find a large entrance closet, a 4K flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.

- The master suite has a 160x200 double bed with a private shower room.

- The second bedroom has a 160x200 double bed, with a desk and a south/east-facing balcony.

- The small bedroom has two 90x190 bunk beds.

- The mountain corner bedroom has a 140x190 double bed.

Each bedroom has its own window.

- 1 shower room.

- 1 bathroom with a bathtub.

- 2 separate toilets.

- Ski lockers located in the basement.

Equipment:
- Internet access (free Wi-Fi)

- Kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, percolator coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, large casserole, raclette machine and fondue set, and of course all the necessary utensils for cooking. Everyday tableware.
For your gatherings, a crystal glassware set and dinnerware set.

- Also: iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer.

CLEANING AND BED LINEN (SHEETS, TOWELS, BATH MATS, HAND TOWELS, AND KITCHEN TOWELS) ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Magnifique séjour dans ce charmant village. Tout le confort d'un appartement moderne, très bien équipé et en plein centre ville. Un petit coin cheminée des plus sympathiques et un hôte à l'ecoute et attentionné. Nous pouvons que recommander cette jolie adresseLe seul petit bémol. La musique du restaurant bar juste en dessous le samedi soir jusqu'a plus d'une heure du matin. Seul petit bémol.

Die Wohnung und der Ort sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man findet die Wohnung so vor, wie sie beschrieben wird und auf Fotos aussieht. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Parken kann man im städtischen Parkhaus im Zentrum kostenfrei.Da die Wohnung über einer Bar liegt, habe ich nur 3 Sterne für die Lage vergeben, da die Gäste auf der Straße unterm Schlafzimmerfenster stehen, rauchen und sich recht laut unterhalten. Jérôme stellt allerdings sogar Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung, was eine sehr nette Geste ist.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Clusaz. L appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré et aménagé, propre, et bien situé en plein centre du village. Nous n avons pas été dérangés par le bruit d un bar de nuit, évoqué par certains avis.Communication avec les propriétaires efficace.Pensez à prendre vos draps, serviettes de toilette et torchons car ne sont pas fournis.

Un très grand appartement digne des magazines de déco, mais hyper fonctionnel. Très bonne situation au centre du village, très calme durant notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit de la rue ni de la discothèque (qui était fermée à cette période). Nous recommandons ce bien, d'autant plus que la communication avec les propriétaires est optimale. De très beaux souvenirs!

Magnifique appartement mais....

L'appartement est magnifiquement decoré et tres bien agencé. Nous etions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et c'était tres bien. L'emplacement est ideal, au coeur de la station. En revanche, comme indiqué dans les commentaires, la discotheque apporte de réelles nuisances, même avec des bouchons d'oreilles gachant le séjour. Les hôtes font preuves de beaucoup de bienveillance sur le sujet.

Venues pour un événement sportif

Jean Pascal est un hôte disponible, il a été arrangeant après notre déconvenue à l'arrivée dans l'appartement. Une solution a été trouvé pour que nous puissions finir notre séjour sereinement. L'appartement est splendide, tout y est pour passer un super séjour, le confort est parfait, l'emplacement est idéal, juste un gros bémol qui a été embêtant pour nous c'est le bruit de la discothèque qui se trouve au sous-sol.

Il n'y a rein à redire de l'appartement : Décoration , espace , équipement , literie etc ....parfait. Mais le bar musical au rez de chaussée ...j'ai joint le responsable pour lui demander que les clients qui fument dans la rue parlent beaucoup moins fort ....en vain...dommage.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé à la Clusaz

Nous avons passé une semaine en août 2024, en famille, 5 adultes et une enfant de 8 ans. L'appartement est super bien, très bonne déco, très propre, complètement équipé. Il est idéalement situé juste à côté de l'église, ce qui permet d'être dans le centre du village, pas loin d'un parking et de la gare routière. Nous n'avons presque pas utilisé nos voitures. Les hôtes étaient à l'écoute et réactifs. Par transparence, une petite étoile en moins malheureusement à cause de la boîte de nuit au sous sol de l'immeuble, comme annoncé dans ma description de l'appartement. Pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger ça peut être une réelle gêne. Ça n'était pas le cas de tout le monde dans le groupe mais certaines personnes ont eu un peu de mal, surtout le week-end, moins la semaine. C'est indépendant de la bonne volonté des hôtes et nous leur souhaitons une intervention de la ville à ce sujet.
