Chalet with mountain views, good exposure, in a quiet location. Located at the foot of the cross-country ski slopes, 900 metres from the Nordic area and the Confins lake, 1 km from the Balme ski lifts and 4 km from the village centre. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well-designed, you will have a pleasant holiday there. Shuttle stop 50 metres from the chalet.
LIVING ROOM: (tiled) 27 m2, a comfortable sofa with armchairs, television, windows and French windows opening onto an 18 m2 south-west facing balcony/terrace. Garden furniture.
KITCHEN: (tiled) 4 m2, sink, 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment (240L), dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances, filter and capsule coffee maker, units with all the necessary kitchen equipment.
BEDROOM 1: (tiled) 9 m2, 1 DOUBLE BED (140/duvet), wardrobe, west-facing window.
SHOWER ROOM: (tiled) 3 m2, shower, washbasin, washing machine, towel rail, window. Separate toilet.
INTERNAL STAIRCASE leading to the upper floor (carpeted):
BEDROOM 2: 8 m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (80/duvets), wardrobe, south-facing window.
BEDROOM 3: 10 m2, 1 DOUBLE BED (160/duvet), sofa, wardrobe, desk, south-facing window, skylight.
BEDROOM 4: 9 m2, 2 SINGLE BEDS (90/duvets), wardrobe, north-facing window.
BATHROOM: (tiled) 3 m2, bathtub, one washbasin, towel rails, window. Separate toilet.

Evaluation

La vue,chalet très agréable, chambres spacieuses, la douche très agréable et chaude et le garage est top pour y ranger les skis . Le chalet ce trouve très près du télécabine La Balme Vu le nombres de personnes que peux accueillir le chalet, la rapidité de la wifi est un peu trop faible et donc trop lente quand nous sommes tous présent en même temps au chalet.

Un chalet confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé

Le demi-chalet occupé était spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour des amateurs de ski de fond, de raquettes ou de balade à pied. Les champs de neige tout autour sont fabuleux pour les enfants (luge) et les chiens. L'absence de pièce pour les affaires de ski (utilisation de la salle de douche) était partiellement compensée par le garage couvert, dans lequel nous n'avons pas garé les voitures. Heureusement que l'autre demi-chalet n'était pas occupé en même temps.

Le volume des chambres et l'espace de vie le calme le côté convivial Libérer le placard de l'entrée encombré par l'aspirateur. Voir pour une boîte à clefs ou un digicode . Régler la température de l'eau chaude
