This spacious family apartment of 100m2 on the edge of the piste (green) allowing direct access to the center of La Clusaz (and its ski area).
By road, the village is 2. 3 km. A garage and a ski cellar are available to tenants.

The rooms are divided into 2 corridors with, each time, a double room, a room with 2 twin beds, a bathroom (bath or shower) and a separate toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace (12 m2) extending to the pastures. Splendid view on the Etale.

"American" kitchen: induction hob, fridge (200l), oven, dishwasher, microwave.

The apartment (the Lys Martagon) is part of a residence of 8 apartments, quiet guaranteed. The ski bus is 100 m away.

Nice apartment for 2 families, perfectly located near the slope

Hi Bruno, we really liked your apartment, especially the 2 seperate hallways with 2 seperate bathrooms and bedrooms for 2 families. The apartment was clean and spacious and perfectly located near the Anverse slope. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

Spacieux appartement tout équipé

Appartement trùs propre et trùs spacieux par rapport à l'offre des environs .Équipement complet au niveau cuisine (raclette, fondue, gamelles, cafetiùre nespresso...etcc...) et 2 sdb pratiques avec chauffage. Bref...rien à redire

Un appartement ultra accueillant et trĂšs complet ainsi qu’un propriĂ©taire qui rĂ©pond rapidement aux demandes. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et il est visible que la famille du propriĂ©taire vient rĂ©guliĂšrement : il y a de tout et la consigne « utilisez ce que vous voulez et, simplement, remplacez-le avant de partir ! L’appartement est situĂ© au bord d’une piste, ce qui permet d’accĂ©der au domaine skiable sans prendre la voiture. Il est grand, lumineux, fonctionnel, bien Ă©quipĂ© et d’une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. La terrasse ensoleillĂ©e est aussi bien apprĂ©ciable. Je le conseille vivement !

déception vu l'état de cet appartement que nous connaissions!

TrÚs déçus par l'état de l'appartement à notre arrivée: toiles d'araignées au plafond,coffre de la poubelle répugnant de saleté ,porte et murs des wc laissent à désirer! les alÚses n'étaient pas propres ,les vitres non faites,sac aspi plein et j'en passe..... Combien d'heures payées à l'employée? On nous a facturé 90 euros!

Idéal pour 2 familles

Bel appartement trĂšs bien agencĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©, idĂ©al pour 2 familles. Chacune peut avoir son espace nuit et sa salle de bain et WC. La terrasse plein soleil une bonne partie de la journĂ©e est trĂšs agrĂ©able. L’appartement est un peu excentrĂ© par rapport au cƓur de village mais le bus est au bout de la rue, et les commerces sont Ă  5min en voiture. En revanche la piste dd ski passe juste au dessus de l’appartement pour nous emmener directement aux tĂ©lĂ©cabines (attention tout de mĂȘme, la montĂ©e est un peu sportive). La communication avec le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs fluide et rapide.

Logement spacieux et bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur l'alpage. Le propriétaire est disponible pour répondre aux questions et pour donner des renseignements afin de faciliter le séjour. Tout est parfait! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au pied des pistes.

Chalet avec une piste bleu trĂšs proche, oui, mais avoir un certain niveau physique pour accĂ©der et de ski pour arriver. ProblĂšme pour sĂ©cher chaussures et gants pour lendemain sans infester par les odeurs les salles de bains (peut ĂȘtre prĂ©voir un chauffage (non rĂ©glable par le locataire pour Ă©viter tous abus) dans le local de ski. Attention Ă©tat du mobilier (chaises) Ă  la base de bonnes qualitĂ© mais devrait ĂȘtre recollĂ©es pour Ă©viter peut ĂȘtre rapidement problĂšmes plus sĂ©rieux....

Super séjour

Appartement trÚs grand, idéal pour 2 familles. TrÚs belle vue! Bien équipé avec des produits de premiÚre nécessité, un appareil à raclette, des jeux de société, un local pour les skis, le garage, de nombreuses places de parking. Emplacement parfait, navette (gratuite grùce aux cartes) au bout de la rue et piste bleu juste au dessus du chalet. Arrivée et départ flexible. La Clusaz est une trÚs jolie station. Merci pour ce séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers!
