Chalet Frontflip is a four-bedroom, four bathroom apartment for up to 10 guests.

The location, opposite the chapel in the Gotty area of La Clusaz, is perfect for skiers in the winter, as it's just 350m from the nearest slope and the ski bus stops 100m away. Chalet Frontflip is just as convenient in the summer, when you can hike or bike into the Aravis mountains, or stroll into La Clusaz to visit the market, pick up some shopping or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants.

The majority of the accommodation is on the first floor of the building. We love the ground floor ski room and sauna - after a day on the slopes, you can leave your outdoor gear in the ski room, jump in the shower and head for the sauna to relax before dinner.

The beautiful living area of Chalet Frontflip invites you to get together for a chat on the squishy corner sofa or enjoy a meal together at the huge dining table. There are three double bedrooms, two of which have their own balconies, and younger children will love the bunk room, which sleeps four.

NOTE: if a group books both FRONTFLIP and BACKFLIP apartments, there is no possibility for more than 10 people to eat in each apartment. IMPORTANT: Bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price of your stay. Additional cleaning during your stay is available at an extra cost to ensure you enjoy a completely stress-free and carefree stay. If you would like to arrange this service, please contact the manager once your booking has been confirmed and before your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
