Privileged location in the heart of the Savoyard village of LA CLUSAZ, this beautiful family apartment is 100m from the bell tower, shops and restaurants. You will appreciate its breathtaking view of the Aravis mountain range and the Beauregard massif. Its balcony gives directly on the field Giguet, place of departure of the ski lessons.
It is at the foot of the slopes, it offers easy and immediate access to the gondolas "La Patinoire" and "Beauregard" as well as many structures dedicated to children: mouflets club, daycare, club champions, ice rink and toboggan run summer.
Very well designed and beautifully equipped, with high speed WIFI, the decoration is Savoyard style. It is very bright, very warm and very comfortable.
The apartment is duplex, located on the first floor of the small family condominium Le Sappi.
It has been completely refurbished and refurbished in December 2017.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a classic Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a raclette and a fondue set. all the necessary to cook and receive 10 people.
A parking space at the "Salon des Dames" car park is offered.
You also have an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.
Sheets and cleaning are included in the price.
